Don't know how I ended up on this page, but none-the-less, here is some interesting photos of scary storm clouds (and a tornado!) 
Stormy weather, tornadoes, thunder storms and dark clouds- so scary that they are called “The Madness In The Eyes Of Hell”. Some people enjoy the storms (the rush of adrenaline), but that percentage is very small.

Lightning never strikes once, but twice...inthe00s  :D ;) and I love it,
and I love the site you picked the scary sights, especially the ones from the sea  :o :-\\

The thing about lightning photos is you gotta leave the lens exposure open, oh and also stand out in the freakin lightning to get such photos...

My luck I'd get struck and STILL miss the shot!  ;D

Back in the early 1980s I can remember the clouds getting tremendously black/dark at midday and the evening newspaper carried a picture of Houses of Parliament and the tower of Big Ben, with the photographer standing on Westminster Bridge, I would love the post that picture here, but I am not sure if it will online.

That would be cool to see Philip!

There doesn't appear to have been a tornado in London in July 2007, but it does look like a really bad storm.  (Also the picture may have been modified with the color saturated or the contrast darkened for affect).

Really cool pictures though.

Here I thought London Fog was just a raincoat brand.  ;) ;D

I'm one of the small percentage who love storms, all storms. I've always wanted to go Tornado chasing!

I had an acquaintence on another message board go on one last year, he posted pics.  He saw alot of rain but I don't think he saw any tornados.  I'll see if I can find the pics.  I don't know if you'll be able to access this thread or not...

I am half and half about storms.  I think they ARE exciting, but I also get scared of them (especially thunder, which doesn't make sense since by the time you hear that, the deadly part is already over.)  We've had lightning hit my parents house two or three times when I was a kid.

the 4th picture happened in New York during the summertime,the clouds were dark and then you had the thunder/lightning to go along with it plus the heavy winds gusting up to 50mph. :o
