How did everyone do on their Resolutions from last year? Mine really sucked. They are the same ones I have for this year.  :-
Yes folks, it is that time again when we try to improve ourselves. I think mine are pretty much the same as last year.


-Lost weight. I have gained so much in the last year.  :-[
-Continue to get the house de-cluttered. I did get the bathroom redone and it looks great. The kitchen is also almost done. Still have many more rooms to go-both with de-cluttering and repainting.
-Not to drink so much caffeine that I have trouble sleeping.


I'm sure there will be more but that is it for now.

I managed to lose up to 50 lbs but I gained about 15 (maybe 20) back in the last two months so ya know.... back to square one.

I owe 7,500 immediately. I don't have it but I'm gonna work on getting it paid off... (I have an additional 50K in debt... but I'll work on that iin 2010  ;)  )


not better yet the debt went up to $9,100 but I took care of two bills so its down to $7,000 (those student loans still loom tho so I'm not counting them just yet.)

Thanks Q,I felt bored with volunteering during the beginning of the year but wasn't too sure when to depart so I felt a good way to leave is towards the end of the year,now that I have so much volunteer service I can put that on my updated resume.

Yeah Frank,I think volunteering was just a time filler for me,I didn't accomplish much but I got things done and now I'm free.

I'm going to try to stop gossiping negatively about our friends "the fellow vacationers"  when they do something lame or selfish or inconsiderate.  Lady Di knows how they are but is nicer than I, and not as vocal about it as me, so I'll try to stop or do less complaining if I can but, it's just that, well,

That is not a New Year's resolution... What are YOU going to do, to get a promotion???  That is a more appropriate resolutions - what are YOU going to change.

I am sure your poor attitude toward you job does not just "show" here.  In order to get a promotion, you need to prove your worthy.  Do what the boss says, no complaints, it IS your job (and every job has a "all other duties assigned" clause).  Be happy and friendly while working, and get along well with others.  In general be eager to please.

My resolutions are simple, in more ways than one.  ::)

In 2010 I want to post more. I want to push my average post to 3 a day, 1 more today and I'll make that quota.  ;D

I also want to stop staring blankly at the screen when I come across Tam's avatar, maybe that's the reason for the 2.8
post per day average.  :(

To get in better shape, to lose weight, and I mean it this time :P I would love to go off pop - but I love it too much.  I go off for 4-6 weeks and then go back to my normal ways :P  It is easier to grab a pop than make a cup of coffe :-[
