Call the Nestle's Crunch Hotline at 1-800-295-0051. When you are asked if you want to continue in English or Spanish, just wait quietly for about 10 seconds and you will smile. Promise! (If you comment on this status after listening, don't give away the surprise...) Keep going and press 4...it gets even better.

FInally got through then somehow got cut off. I think anyway I was reading through which button to press, when, and I lost track of what was said. I definitely waited longer than ten seconds.
It's engaged again
