Doctors say that you should eat 5 pieces of fruit or veg a day to remain healthy. Last week I ate 5 mouldy plums and that night I soiled myself in bed. What's healthy about that?

You probably should have eaten more than just plums. "5 pieces of fruit or veggies" does not necessarily refer to the same kind of fruit or vegetable.

Somehow I get the feeling this is a joke thread, but will add my 2 cents anyway....
Try FRESH fruit and vegetables NOT moldy ones!!!!!!!!!!!!! Or if you aren't sure how to tell, do canned or frozen...you aren't getting all the nutrition from fresh, but then you don't have to worry about it going bad.
