I just rented a new apartment and i need pretty much all furniture. here's what i'm thinking of getting.
http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/41hucqg1RML._AA260_.jpg 90 bucks http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/41MFZZ54Z0L._AA260_.jpg 80 bucks http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/41LKMQDl2SL._AA260_.jpg 90 bucks
http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/41K9QXP8QAL._AA260_.jpg 190 bucks http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/41XZKXX7S8L._AA260_.jpg 100 bucks http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/41PVp3tNM2L._AA260_.jpg 40 bucks
two of these

at 80 dollars apiece.
about 800 clams altogether.
my wackiest idea is to just sleep in the living room (hence the futon) and use the bedroom as a little music studio.

It all looks nice but you can tell you don't have children!

We got one of those shelves from one of my friends. They seem to work well, and store well when you no longer have a use for them.
The rest of it looks like they came from Star Trek.

One place you may want to think about getting furniture is at auctions. With today's economy, many people aren't buying too much so you may be able to get a good deal on furniture.

You could always get yourself a redneck coffee table for oh, about 10 bucks.

Even cheaper is one of the packing boxes. We used one as a coffee table for a few months.

It's got that "1960's" cosmopolitan look. Haven't seen that kind of stuff around. Anyway if done right it'll look great. :)

Do they give these away for free at Home Depot once all the stuff has been sold?

Is it from IKEA? If so, it seems about right.

We were actually renovating at the time the photo was taken (new floor, kitchen, living area) which will explain the lack of skirting :P

I'm more into wood dining and coffee tables and you should get a big fat soft cushiony sofa, something so comfy that it will put you to sleep as you watch tvhttp://rds.yahoo.com/_ylt=A0S020p_iidJxrAA0k2jzbkF/SIG=126mai64l/EXP=1227414527/**http%3A//www.dailytool.com/Images/april2006/0166.jpg or maybe http://rds.yahoo.com/_ylt=A0S020mhiydJ7lYAasSjzbkF/SIG=13dbeqnu8/EXP=1227414817/**http%3A//www.armstrong-homes.com/international/home_center2/img/shopping/items/levitz/3.jpg
