I went with before 6 am.  I usually get up at 6 but that option wasn't there.

During the week I get up at 5:30 to go run at 6:00 a.m.  On the weekends, it depends on my schedule.  For instance, the next 3 Saturdays I have to work, so I will be getting up about 6 or so to be at the testing site by 7:30 a.m. (except for Nov 1 when I have to be at the testing site before 7 a.m.).  Regular weekends I sleep in til around 8.

I get up to poop, then I go back to sleep

I don't get up at the same time every day. When I have to go to campus, I get up at about 5:45. Most other days I often get myself up during the 8:00 hour.

Since I have not been working thanks to two ruptured discs in my back that happened last August when I fell off of the cab top on my significant other's 1972 Ford pickup when we were loading shingles for the roof of my house while we were remodeling and I hit the pavement hard, I took time off work to let my back heal. Since taking a break from work, I have been waking up at 6am Pacific, which was when I got up to shower, dry, comb and brush my hair, get dressed, eat breakfast, drink a whole pot of coffee, hotwire my car (it has no ignition key and was purchased for $50) and get to work by roughly 9am, but I usually turn the alarm off and sleep late, sometimes until noon.   ;)
