Rather then drudge up an ancient thread, I posted a new one. I See some avatars and wonder what they are, others are fairly self explanatory.

So what is your Avatar? Mine is a pic of me behind my drum set.

Mine is a picture of Riff Randell, the greatest Ramones fan...from the cult classic movie, Rock n' Roll High School. :D

A take on "300".  If you've seen the movie, you'll know what it means.

My avator is same as it will ever be, Charles Babbage the 19th Century Inventor.

As I've mentioned on several other threads related to this one, mine is a picture of Shakira from the Laundry Service era. I have kept it for the past 4 years and I do not intend to change it anytime soon.

I have several avatars, two of them online and the other on the house Nintendo Wii. One of my online avatars is on my Yahoo homepage while the other one is a WeeMe that can be visible by the people I chat to on Windows Live Messenger. My avatar on the Nintendo Wii is obviously called a Mii and she is playable in the Wii Sports game.

My avatar pic was taken back in March when my family flew out to Las Vegas for my little brother's wedding. The photo was taken at the Orleans Casino, and we had all just finished seeing Don Rickles show.

Back here in KC, my work buddies and I sometimes jokingly refer to the coffee shack where we all hang out on break as the "Blue Oyster Bar," after the gay bar in the Police Academy movies. I don't recall exactly how that got started, we were all just joking around about Police Academy one day and we started calling our coffee shack the Blue Oyster and the name stuck.

Anyway, after the show got out I was walking around the casino with my brother when I saw that sign and I just had to get a picture with it, because I knew my work buddies would get a kick out of it. After my brother took the picture (with my camera phone) I immediately sent it to my friends from work. After I got back, one of them told me that as soon as he saw it on his phone it he laughed so hard that he started crying.

It was only about a month or so ago that I finally figured out how to send pics from my phone to my computer, and I thought it would be an excellent avatar.

But I couldn't completely do away with the tongue toilet either, so I kept it in my sig line.
