Am I the only one who thinks it's a shrunken version of the 80's robot #5 from "Short Circut?"

I saw the movie a couple of nights ago. My daughter wanted to see it in the theaters but i was uncomfortable going without a little one in tow. So she settled for seeing it on-line instead. I enjoyed it. I would probably pick up the DVD when it comes out.
I loved how the movie portrayed humans as fat and immobile with eyes glued to the computer screen unaware of the world around them. ;D Just too funny!
BTW Wall e is a Mac. Just thought that was interesting. He makes the start up sound a couple of times in the movie.

I read a review about it that intrigued me, so I put it on our queue. I figured we will see it in about 3-6 months or so. I can wait because there are several other movies on our queue, also.
