Just got back from seeing a few friends.  Thought I'd hang out here for a while.  Tonight I'll watch some fireworks.

Not doing too much during the day as my hubby and his dad are at a car show and I've got the kids.  We may barbecue later on tonight.  That's about it, really.

Happy 4th of July. 
my younger brother is coming over tomorrow to help me continue with fence repair and landscaping at my home. he's bringing his 2 teen boys 13 and 14yrs old, and they have never met their cousin Julie so that will be nice.  I have a couple of tri-tip roasts and some hot dogs to cook on the grill for dinner tomorrow.

My brother smoked some ribs, I did the sausages and burgers, sister did the potato salad, other sister got the sodas, now I have a bowling ball belly.  Life is Good  ;D

happy 4th!  I had a great time working in the yard. i di about 4 hours of weeding and mulching.
there will be more tomorrow. now it's raining and now i think i'll go meet some people for a while.

Just got back a little while ago from a really nice gathering at a friend's house. We barbecued outdoors, but spent the rest of the time indoors.

I'm hearing fireworks explosions  8)  I think they're coming from the fireworks show in Pinole, Ca. they shoot them off there every 4th of July. Julie and her friend should be there right now enjoying the show while me and Lady Di watch them on tv.

I worked from 8am-2pm, went to a picnic at my parents...and attempted to see fireworks, only to find out that even though they were advertised for the 4th...that they were set off a week before. ::)

just watched the Macy's Fireworks Spectacular in New York...  totally awesome  8)

Around 10 o'clock last night I could hear fireworks.
