I know, no tazing, no charges. Just a bunch of dumb cops who caught kids drinking out of red plastic cups.
This does not look good for any wanna-be police state.

Their reasoning was that one of the kids MIGHT have drank something before coming to the party. Hence the 90 tests.

If money is the root of all evil, then root beer must be the root of all legal?
(it's the best I could do: right now, my RBAC (root beer alcohol content) is .29%: I'm totally rootfaced!)
