When I click on it, it has ranking.find a city or build a city,so I hit build a city, but there is no map

The Country block was blank at first but after I hit the back button then create a city button
again it worked. So the city I created for myself.....Moronica, Hopefully in a few days I'll have
a bustling city full of Morons.
