Elemental Affinties: Wind, Water, Fire, Lightning(Inner Step-chan only)
Step-chan is highly trained in the Ninja Dancer and Summoning arts, he also knows alittle magic. Step-chan also has alittle training in grapples and throws and can channel Chakra into his physical strikes. Being a Ninja Dancer, Step-chan's kicks and bashes are abit stronger than his punches, chops and palm thrusts.
Attacks/skills/abilities
Punches- 1-40 damage
Uppercuts- 1-45 damage
Kicks- 1-60 damage
Chops- 1-35 damage
Palm thrusts 1-40 damage
Hip Bashes- 1-55 damage
Weapon strikes(With his parasol weapon "Kasumi" or any other weapon)- 10-100 damage
Flying Hammerlock- 10-50 damage
Magic Missile- Step-chan fires a magically made missile at his opponents, does 20-100 damage, based on how much energy Step-chan charges into it.
Bulldog- 10-60 damage
Anime Blast- An attack spell Step-chan can cast that channels the power of anime into it, can do from 15-75 damage.
Sash Dance- Step-chan does a spinning dance using a sash powered by Chakra, can do 25-175 damage.
Chakra Healing- Step-chan can heal up to 750 hit points of damage by using his Chakra.
Moon Beam- Step-chan fires a Crescent shaped beam at his opponent/s, it does 150-450 damage
Chakra powered strikes- Step-chan can add 30-120 more damage into his physical strikes by charging Chakra into them.
Peppermint Breath Blast- Whenever Step-chan eats powerful peppermints, he uses his Chakra to store up the scent into a concentrated form. He exhales it at his opponent to sting them, can do 45-55 damage.
Spicy Hot Breath Blast- Whenever Step-chan eats cinnamon and hot peppers, he uses his Chakra to store up the scent into a concentrated form. He exhales it at his opponent to sting them, can do 50-55 damage.
Peppermint Breath Wave- A stronger version of the Peppermint Breathe Blast, it does 120-250 damage.
Spicy Hot Breath Wave- A stronger version of the Peppermint Breathe Blast, it does 160-280 damage.
Illusionary world of adorable catgirls- Step-chan traps his opponent in an illusion where catgirls surround him/her. The technique only works on people who hate anime and/or catgirls, it stresses their nerves badly, causing 30-60 damage for every 15 minutes they endure the illusion(it feels like 15 minutes to the opponent, but is actually about 10 seconds, so every 10 seconds they are in it feels like 15 minutes).
Kite Dance- Step-chan flies around his opponent on a cloth kite while striking them, he can get up to 5 hits before having to land, each hit has a range of 30-50 damage.
Substitution Jutsu- Step-chan switches in an ordinary object and uses illusions to make it look like him, used to fool attacking opponents.
Inner Step-chan- When angered, it doubles his power, speed and energy, but drains his Chakra more quickly.
Cat Scratch Fever- A rapid striking attack Step-chan can do, can hit up to 9 times and do 10-30 damage per strike.
Electric chakra shock hold- An attack that can be trigger by Inner Step-chan, it does from 100-500 damage.
Shadow Clone Jutsu*- Step-chan makes an exact replica of himself, he can make up to 80 at one time. His clones have the same abilities as him, but don't last as long against attacks.
Kite Tackle*- Step-chan does this flying kite strike to hit his opponent head on, it does 80-120 damage.
Transformation jutsu: Step-chan has gone through alot of dimensions and learned and formed skills from the many people he meets. Here are his transformation techniques. These techniques also affect his personality alittle, depending on the transformation he does(he still has his memories, however).
Puchiko- When Step-chan changes into Puchiko, he is able to use her eye lasers(for 50-150 damage). He is also a much smaller target. When in this form, Step-chan can't use any physical strikes, grapples, weapons, spells or ninja attacks, he also takes 35 more damage while in Puchiko's form if hit with an attack(Due to this, Step-chan only stays in this form for short periods of time). When in Puchiko's form, Step-chan can also use the combination attack Sparkling Moe Wave. When in this form, Step-chan has alittle bit of Puchiko's spacey personality(not too different from how he usually is).
Sexy Catgirl- When Step-chan was training with Naruto, he developed this variation on Naruto's Sexy Jutsu. When using this technique, Step-chan transforms into a sexy naked catgirl that has black hair like Sanada's, but it's long and thick like Melody's and with measurements of 38-26-37(alittle top heavy). Step-chan mainly uses this technique to distract or shock his opponents, sometimes an opponent takes damage from the shock(1-40 damage, depending on the level of shock). Step-chan's fighting abilities don't change when in this form, other than being alittle more flexible, thus having better evasion ability. Step-chan can also use the Sexy Beam combination attack when in the Sexy Catgirl form. Step-chan has alittle of a sexy attitude while in this form.
Flonne- When Step-chan turns into Flonne, he can use her archery skills in battle(for 20-25 damage per hit), plus he can rip a fart that turns into lightning bolts that electrocute his opponent/s(for 100-200 damage). Step-chan can't use his physical strikes, grapples, weapons or ninja attacks in this form, but he can still use his magic spells. When in this form, Step-chan has alittle of Flonne's sweet personality.
Athena*- Step-chan went on an adventure with Athena and Helene before and developed transformation skills based on them. When Step-chan transforms into Athena, he gets her level of power with physical strikes, grapples and weapon techniques and can use her basic skills. While he can't use his ninja attacks, he does takes 10 less damage from attacks while in this form. Step-chan can also use the Sexy Beam combination attack while in Athena's form. While in this form, Step-chan's personality is alittle like Athena's and he can't stop thinking about Helene(not too different from his usual self).
Helene*- When Step-chan changes into Helene's form, he gains her level of magical ability and his attack spells do 40 more damage when he uses them, he can also use her basic skills. He can do different weapon strikes using her magic wand, but the attacks aren't very strong(more on this when I list Athena and Helene's battle stats) and he can't use any of his own physical strikes, grapples, weapons or ninja attacks. Helene's body is alittle more delicate and because of that Step-chan takes 10 more damage from attacks in this form. While in Helene's form, Step-chan can use the Sexy Beam combination attack. While in this form, Step-chan's personality is alittle like Helene's and he can't stop thinking about Athena(again, not too different from his usual self).
Pink*- Step-chan's sole purpose for turning into Pink is to use the Sexy Beam combination attack. In Pink's form, the Sexy Beam gains an additional 50 damage per person involved(if Pink is actually there as well, it increases to 100 additional damage per person involved). Step-chan can't use any physical strikes, grapples, weapons, ninja attacks or spells outside of the Sexy Beam when in Pink's form. Step-chan takes an additional 5 damage from attacks while in this form. When in this form, Step-chan's nature is alittle like Pink's, particularly her temper.
Ama*- When Step-chan transforms into Ama(in a bikini), his attack spells do 30 more damage. He can also do the Sexy Beam combination attack while in Ama's form and it gets a 40 damage bonus per person involved. Step-chan can't use any of his physical strikes, grapples, weapon and ninja attacks while in this form. Step-chan takes 10 more damage from attacks while in Ama's form. Step-chan has abit of a sweet nature while in Ama's form.
Ukyo Kounji*- Step-chan gets a 30 damage bonus for weapon skills while he's in Ukyo's form, he is also able to use all of his attacks, spells and skills while in this form. Step-chan's has abit of a nice nature while in Ukyo's form.
Gluko- Step-chan transforms into Gluko.(From the Mon Collie Knights anime series) Step-chan cannot use his ninja or magic skills while in this form, but random things will happen to Step-chan's opponent while in Gluko's form(due to Gluko's high level of luck), causing damage up into the 4 digit(up to 9999 damage is possible) damage range(depending on what happens). Step-chan has alittle of Gluko's calm, nice and airheaded nature while in this form.
Sexy Yuyuko Saigyouji- Step-chan turns a sexy bosomy version of Yuyuko Saigyouji from the Touhou series, he is able to drain energy from his opponent/s to heal himself(100-120 HP per drain per opponent), it also converts alittle of the energy into chakra for him to use. Step-chan cannot not use his ninja skills while in this form, but can still use his magic. Step-chan can use the Sexy Beam while in this form. Step-chan is alittle like Yuyuko personality wise while in this form.
Lucy/Niu- When Step-chan transforms into the diclonius Lucy/Niu from Eflen Lied, he is able to use her vectors(his form of this ability isn't fatal and doesn't cause dismemberment) each of the vectors are able to inflict 40-120 damage to per hit and can get up to 8 hits in one attack phase. Step-chan can only use this transformation jutsu after his second personality Inner Step-chan comes out. Step-chan can still use all of his abilities while in this form. Step-chan has a combination of both personalities combined when in this form and is able to tell who is friend and who is foe.
Mara- Step-chan transforms into sexy dancer Mara from Dragon Quest 4, he does 50 more damage with his attack spells and does 1000 damage with both the Fire Mata Dance and Moon Dance. Step-chan can't use any of his other Ninja skills while in this form. Step-chan can do the Sexy Beam while in this form.
Taloon- Step-chan transforms into Taloon, the arms merchant from Dragon Quest 4. He can call 4 arms merchants which will come out and each attack an enemy for 80-160 damage each, they stay for 2 rounds. Step-chan can still attack at his normal strength and may get powerful physical attacks due to how awkward he is in this form, the blows can do from 200-700 damage. Step-chan can't use any of his ninja skills in this form.
Moe Catgirl*- When Step-chan transforms into this form, he changes into a young, adorable, lolicon-esque catgirl that looks alittle like a cross between Feles and Ren. Step-chan uses this to distract or shock his opponents, sometimes the opponent takes damage from the shock(1-20 damage, depending on the level of shock). Step-chan's other use for this skill is the use the Sparkling Moe Wave combination attack, but outside that attack, Step-chan cannot use any of his other physical strikes, grapples, weapons, magic or ninja attacks. This form is also very delicate, Step-chan will take 20 more damage when hit by attacks. Step-chan's personality becomes abit cute and precious while in this form.
Catgirl Harem*- This is an upgrade of the Sexy Catgirl technique, it's a combination of the Sexy Catgirl and the Shadow Clone Jutsu formed into one technique. Step-chan turns into 9 sexy naked catgirls which can distract or shock his opponent(if damaged by shock, it gets multiplied by 9, so it does 9-360 damage depending on the level shock). Step-chan can also use the Sexy Beam Combination attack after using this technique(without anyone else's help). Personality is the same as the the Sexy Catgirl
Beautiful Catgirl Yuri Dream- Step-chan's upgrade of the Catgirl Harem, Step-chan transforms into 81 sexy naked catgirls who do a mock yuri-ai scene. The damage from shock is immensely variable, so it's hard to tell the exact range.
Moe Catgirl Army*- This is an upgrade of the Moe Catgirl technique, it's a combination of the Moe Catgirl and the Shadow Clone Jutsu form into one technique. Step-chan turns into 9 young, adorable, lolicon-esque catgirls which can distract or shock his opponent(if damaged by shock, it gets multiplied by 9, so it does 9-180 damage depending on the level of shock). Step-chan can also use the Sparkling Moe Beam combination attack after using this technique(without anyone else's help) and has the same statistics as the Moe Catgirl transformation technique. Personality is the same as the Moe Catgirl.
Summoning Jutsu: Step-chan has alot of allies which he can summon to aid in battle.
Super Echidna Yoto Grandma Killer- This summon is abit of a windfall, the damage she does varies quite abit with each attack. She can do alot of damage if your lucky. she will do three of four attacks when summoned:
Throw a Devil Shoe: 15-320 damage
Lizard Arm Slash: 50-300 damage
Choke the opponent with her Donut sidekick: 60-240 damage
Fire a Dart Shower from her cane to pierce the enemy: 300-1200 damage.
Dejiko & Puchiko- Dejiko & Puchiko will appear and blast the enemies with a barrage of eye lasers doing from 180-360 damage. A basic level summon. Dejiko & Puchiko can also assist in doing the Sparkling Moe Wave combination attack.
Cat Cutie Commandos- Step-chan can summon any number of the Cat Cutie Commandos, used to set up the combination attacks Catgirl Nation Army Bomb, Sexy Beam and Sparkling Moe Wave(depending on who he summons).
Dancing PB & J Banana- Another windfall summon, the Dancing PB&J Banana will sing "It's Peanut Butter Jelly Time!" to damage the opponent, the damage varies greatly depending on how annoyed the opponent is, doing from 30-270 damage.
Bam Margera- Bam can summon any baseball team, can do skateboarding strikes(1-40 damage) and annoy the living hell out of opponents(25-250 damage, depending on annoyance).
Athena & Helene*- Athena & Helene will assist by using their basic skills in battle. They can also aid in doing the Sexy Beam combination attack.
Maddox the Pirate*- Maddox is a powerful physical summon, his punches, kicks, strikes and grapples do alot of damage(100-120 damage per hit). He can also fart gun powder on his opponent and fling a lit match into it to bomb the opponent(200-280 damage).
Miharu, Kirie, Lisa and Koyomi*- They can fire a powerful magical beam combo at the opponent/s for 1480-2960 damage. They can also aid in doing the Sexy Beam combination attack, with an added bonus of 100 extra damage per character involved.
Felicia*- Felicia can use her Sand Kick(375-750 damage) and Flash Dance strike(1900-3500 damage) to attack an opponent. She can also assist in doing the Sexy Beam Combination attack.
Misha & Shia*- Misha & Shia do a combination skill(Divine Judgement) that heals all allies 500 hit points and does 250-500 damage to the opponent/s. Misha & Shia can also assist in doing the Sparkling Moe Beam combination attack.
Valkyrie*- Valkyrie fires a light beam from her sword that does from 800-1500 damage. Valkyrie can also assist in doing the Sexy Beam(when in her normal adult form) and Sparkling Moe Wave(when in child form) combination attacks.
Ai, Mai & Mii*- Ai, Mai & Mii summon is a 3 part summon, Ai refreshed the allies stamina(restoring energy, not hit points), Mai attacks tackles the opponents with fierce power and speed(doing up to 850 damage) and Mii heals 400 hit points to hurt allies.
Guu*- Guu will swallow an opponent(for 10-60 minutes, they will be stuck inside her stomach, which is a strange world that will unnerve them), then spit them back out. Does 100-600 damage, depending on how long they are in her stomach.
Hazuki*- Hazuki can use Vampire Hypnosis to control the mind of an opponent(making them do anything she wants them to). Hazuki can also assist in doing the Sparkling Moe Wave Combination attack.
Feliko*- Feliko does a magical Hustle Dance to heal 750-1000 hit points to all allies.
Meganium- Step-chan can summon this Pokemon to aid in battle, giving him a living mode of transportation. Meganium can also attack with Razor Leaf attacks(150-200 damage per hit, can get up to 10 hits at once) and Solarbeam(21000-27000 damage) and Hyper Beam(16000-20000 damage).
Combination Skills(I'll explain further tommorrow night)
Sexy Beam- An beam attack that requires a minimum of three characters that are female/in female mode and looking sexy(usually by being nude/in lingerie/in bikinis), it does 200-350 damage per character involved.
Catgirl Nation Army Bomb- An attack that requires at least six of the Cat-Cutie Commandos to be present, they channel their energy to Step-chan and he fires a bombing blast using their and his energy, it does 150-250 damage per character involved.
Sparkling Moe Wave*- An attack that requires at least 3 characters that are cute young girls/in cute young girl form to fire, it's a spread wave style attack. Does 100-200 damage for each character involved and get up to 5 hits per opponent.
Anime Laser Wave- Requires at least 7 anime characters to use plus Step-chan(8 characters minimum) to use everyone involved sends some energy to Step-chan which he releases in the the form of a laser wave at his opponents, it does 2000-4000 damage per character involved.
Neko Spiral Beam*- The strongest team attack Step-chan and the Cat Cutie Commandos know, it requires all of the Cat Cutie Commandos along with Step-chan to do it, they send their energy to him and he fires a spiral beam that looks like a giant version of Picollo's Special Beam Cannon, it does 60000-80000 damage to the opponent/s.
Ultimate/power attacks/submissions
Dance of the Doppleganger- Step-chan does a dance that makes shadow clones. This skill uses less Chakra per Shadow Clone and he can also use it to make shadow clones of any allies he has with him. When he use this dance, he can make up to 500 clones.
Snow Fox Peppermint Blizzard Breath- Step-chan developed this super powerful version of his Peppermint Breath Blast, this one is intensely concentrated, sending an incredible frigid blast of breath that can do 1100-1400 damage.
Red Ram Spicy Hot Fire Breath- Step-chan developed this super powerful version of his Spicy Hot Breath Blast, this one is intensely concentrated, sending an incredible fire blast of breath that can do 1200-1500 damage.
Fire Mata Dance- Step-chan does a dance that causes fireballs to hit his opponent/s from mutliple directions, it can do 1200-1800 damage.
Cat's cradle- A submission hold that Step-chan can perform, it can 1000-2000 damage if the opponent doesn't submit.
Moon Dance- A dance that calls down a cresent shaped beam down on his opponent, depending on how much Chakra Step-chan channels into it, it can do up to 7000 damage.
Ikkoku buster- A Bulldog variation Step-chan developed, he jumps high into the air with his opponent in hand and slams them into the ground face first, can do from 7000-10050 damage.
Hell spiral ikkoku buster- An upgrade of the Ikkoku buster, Step-chan spins violently downward with his opponent in this version, it does from 12000-16000 damage.
Chakra powered kite tackle- Step-chan's strongest Chakra powered basic attack, it can do 2000-3200 damage.
Ikkoku no odori(Dance of the moment)*- Step-chan's strongest striking dance attack, it gets up to 20 hits and can 1000-1200 damage per hit(20000-24000 damage at the most).

Airrider
Class: Mech Warrior/Martial Artist
Lightweight: Speed over power
Airrider is well versed in the art of Fisticuffs and melee/ranged weapons, he's a skilled mech pilot and knows alittle magic. Airrider's Martial Arts skills are perfectly balanced.
* Knows Muay Thai, a style of kickboxing (1-50 HP)
* Has a Desert Eagle with .500 cal Desert Express rounds on him at all times (10-100 HP)
* Knows Judo and similar grappling arts (1-50 HP)
* Has bad breath, may come in handy sometimes (none)
* Airrider can psych up his power and do double the damage with physical attacks and magic.
* Kaboom- An explosive attack spell that does 200-250 damage.
* Athena Sexy Jutsu: While traveling from place to place with Team Forkner to race, Airrider met Step-chan and learned the art of the Sexy Jutsu. This is basically a move where he becomes the bathing suit-clad, purple-haired Athena of the classic video games. Like Step-chan, Air takes on a few of the personality traits of the girl he copies, even though Air's memories and racing skills remain. The jutsu lasts as long as he can keep it up. Compatible with Step-chan's Sexy Beam team attack.
* Helene Sexy Jutsu: Like the Athena one, except he copies Athena's pink-haired partner Helene. Like the Athena Sexy Jutsu, this form is compatible with the Sexy Beam team attack.
*Belldandy Sexy Jutsu- Allows Airrider to tap into the giving nature of Belldandy, as well as her offensive skills(Wind attacks that can do 1000s of points damage). Airrider can heal others while in this form(up to 3000 hit points recovered).
*Urd Sexy Jutsu- The offensive mistress of Airrider's jutsu skills. Can even drop lightning onto targets and fire attacks(can do 1000s of points of damage).
*Skuld Sexy Jutsu- Augments Airrider's already considerable technological knowledge, giving him even more efficency in mech combat(adding more accuracy and increasing the amount hits he can get by 50%). This is her adult form, not her child form.
*Chobit Deception Jutsus: A special variant of the Sexy Jutsu that turns Air into either Chii or Freya, and even makes him indistinguishable from a real persocom. If combined with the Bound Beauty Jutsu, the move deals double damage.
* Bound Beauty Jutsu: A diversionary technique that has Air take the form of either one of the aforementioned girls(Athena, Helene, Chii, Freya, Belldandy, Urd, or Skuld), except appearing bound and helpless. When the moment is right, the bindings disappear and Air is in perfect striking range to deliver a world-class pounding. This move can deliver up to 250 HP damage.
*Substitution Jutsu: Airrider switches in an ordinary object and uses an illusion to make it look like him, used to fool an opponent.
*Shadow Clone Jutsu: Airrider makes an exact replica of himself, which can do all of the abilities he has(his clones can't take as much damage, though). Airrider can make up to 60 Shadow Clones.
Hakuto No Ken: Fist of the north star, a powerful martial arts style that inflicts 50-100 damage per hit when Airrider uses it, it drains Airrider's stamina alittle more quickly, so he tends to use it only when necessary.
Weapons accessed from the Team Forkner racer
* Laser: a long beam laser that delivers good damage. Can be fired in bursts or single shots. (40-350 HP per shot)
* Vulcan: A short-range Gatling Gun whose barrel spins so fast, it actually causes the bullets to slice and curve off to the left or right a bit upon leaving the barrel. Firerate is rumored to be up in the 200,000-round-per-minute range. (about 20-30 HP per round)
* Missile: Unknown how many can be locked on at one time, but these are homing weapons with good damage and speed. (about 90-110 HP per round)
If the Forkner racer gets damaged heavily, it can strip its outer layers of armor to become the Caladrius. Alternately, the Caladrius can be activated when he needs the offensive boost at the cost of all his defensive abilities in the aircraft.(Doubles the amount of attacks that can be fired)
Combination Skills:
* Distraction Laser: Distracts with bad breath while Forkner ship shoots away (same as Laser)
Summons:
* Team Forkner: two other Forkner pilots show up in their racers for support
Damage range depends on whether or not it's a glancing blow, what part of the body, etc.
Finishers/High Level Attacks
20 Cute Persocom summon- Airrider summons 20 persocoms to attack, they stampede over the opponent repeatedly, from 10-20 times, each run over does 1000-1100 damage(10000-22000 damage range).
Reckless Routine---an extremely furious sequence of aerial attacks inside Caladrius (involves the Caladrius transformation if not already in that form.) Can get up to 20 hits and does 1100-1300 damage per hit(a 22000-26000 damage range in all if all 20 hits connect).
My Solemn Vow---pledging protection to all I hold sacred whilst thrashing an opponent outside an aircraft. Does 20000-24000 damage, due to the intense energy he releases.
Trifecta---the Team Forkner pilots show up, and carry out a bombing run with me leading. Can get up to 15 hits and does 1200-1400 damage per hit(for 18000-21000 damage range when all hits connect).
Formula Highpowered United Strike- Airrider calls in his allies Hideki, Ms. Accord, Macky and Pentell into battle to fire a incredible number of laser blasts at the opponent/s. It does 100000-150000 damage.

Musical Definement Ray- Fires a magic music ray at the opponent, it does 35-70 damage.
Magical One Ton Falling Weight- a magic spell that sends a one ton weight crashing on the opponent, does 70-150 damage.
Musical-Rock-Bomb- A spell that sends a musical rock falling on the opponent/s, does 90-180 damage.
Tombstone Piledriver- 50-120 damage
Moonsault- 25-150 damage
Jumping Splash- Hawk does a leaping splash onto his opponent, it does 250-500 damage.
Super Knuckle Bash- 175-370 damage.
Psyche up- Hawk can channel energy into his attacks, causing them to do double the normal damage.
Summons:
Falcon- Hawk summons a Falcon to claw the opponent with it's talons, does from 20-60 damage.
Weird Al- Weird Al will play a random song or song parody to damage his opponent/s, it does 40-160 damage, depending on which song he plays.

Pete Townshend- Pete will play his guitar loudy and hit his opponent/s with it. It can do 40-120 damage.
Jack Thompson- One Hawk's dark summons, ol' Jack will present lawsuits to his opponent/s and then rip a fart, doing 30-150 damage.
Dr. Who- Summons a random form of Dr. Who, depending on which form is summoned, will depend on what he does:
Doctor Who's attacks are determined by the incarnation:
Original- Old man, uses a cane to strike an opponent, doing 20-40 damage.
2nd- Carried a recorder, and loved to tinker and will throw useless items at the opponent, doing 40-200 damage, depending on the item. Can also record the battle, just for the fun it, but it can also distract the opponent.
3rd- Knows Venusian Karate, and invented 2 vehicles. Can deliver rapid punches and kicks for 15-45 damage each, up to 15 hits easily. Can also use vehicles to aid in battle.(effects of these are unknown)
4th- Wears 17' scarf, and bench-thumps a lot. Can distract the opponent/s and possibly do 10-50 damage from the shock of the act.
5th- Played cricket, can hit opponent/s with the cricket paddle, doing 25-50 damage per hit. Can also hit opponent/s with cricket balls, doing 15-30 damage per hit.
6th- Somewhat volatile temper, and accurate throwing arm, can hit opponents with any item, doing 100-300 damage, depending on the items thrown, can also throw opponents for 120-360 damage.
7th- Often uses his umbrella as a weapon, doing 20-40 damage, can get up to 8 hits easily.
8th- Expert with sleight-of-hand tricks, can easily distract opponents with these skills.
9th- Knew how to use physics to re-direct energy, countering an opponent's energy attacks and send it flying back to them for double the damage.
10th- Apparently knows about boxing, it's said that he can do 40-80 damage per hit and get 20 hits in easily.

Plays a karaoke tape of Step-chan horribly singing Kelly Clarkson songs- Playing this tape can do from 1000-4000 damage to the opponent, depending on how shocked they are by it.
Falcon Ray Blade- Hawk channels his energy into his arm which makes his arm like a laser beam, then he strikes his opponent with it, it does 9000-18000 damage, depending on how much energy he charges into it.
Melodious Albatross Side Slash- Hawk channels energy through his arm and strikes his opponent with his arm in a way that it looks like an albatross spreading it's wings. It causes the opponent to bounce and rebound all over the place, doing 5000-12000 damage.
Coda (European-style sleeper hold)- Hawk uses this move to make his opponent pass out from pain, can do 2500-5000 damage.
Maestro's Baton (Phoenix-Eye knuckle bash)- Hawk charges alot of energy into this attack, doing a powerful knuckle bash which does 15000-25000 damage.
Wongo King (Extended Jumping Splash)- Channeling all his energy, Hawk jumps into the air and slams down on his opponent really hard, doing 20000-32000 damage.

Athena does alot of damage when it comes to physical and weapon strikes, she doesn't have alot of techiques, but she can do alot with what she has! She can easily deliver 5-10 strikes at a time!

Sash Dance- Nekonin does a spinning dance using a sash powered by Chakra, can do 25-150 damage.
Chakra Healing- Nekonin can heal up to 750 hit points of damage by using her Chakra.
Chakra powered strikes- Nekonin can add 15-60 more damage into her physical strikes by charging Chakra into them.
Illusionary world of adorable catgirls- Nekonin traps her opponent in an illusion where catgirls surround him/her. The technique only works on people who hate anime and/or catgirls, it stresses their nerves badly, causing 30-60 damage for every 15 minutes they endure the illusion(it feels like 15 minutes to the opponent, but is actually about 10 seconds, so every 10 seconds they are in it feels like 15 minutes).
Kite Dance- Nekonin flies around her opponent on a cloth kite while striking them, she can get up to 5 hits before having to land, each hit has a range of 25--40 damage.
Kite Tackle- Nekonin does this flying kite strike to hit her opponent head on, it does 65-100 damage.
Substitution Jutsu- Nekonin switches in an ordinary object and uses illusions to make it look like her, used to fool attacking opponents.
Shadow Clone Jutsu- Nekonin makes an exact replica of herself, she can make up to 40 at one time. Her clones have the same abilities as her, but don't last as long against attacks.
Moon Beam- Nekonin fires a Crescent shaped beam at her opponent/s, it does 150-420 damage
Transformation techniques
Sexy Catgirl- Nekonin learned this skills from Step-chan. When using this technique, Nekonin transforms into a sexy naked catgirl that has black hair like Sanada's, but it's long and thick like Melody's and with measurements of 38-26-37(alittle top heavy). Nekonin mainly uses this technique to distract or shock her opponents, sometimes an opponent takes damage from the shock(1-40 damage, depending on the level of shock). Nekonin's fighting abilities don't change when in this form, other than being alittle more flexible, thus having better evasion ability. Nekonin can also use the Sexy Beam combination attack when in the Sexy Catgirl form. Nekonin has alittle of a sexy attitude while in this form.
Moe Catgirl- When Nekonin transforms into this form, she changes into a young, adorable, lolicon-esque catgirl that looks alittle like a cross between Feles and Ren. Nekonin uses this to distract or shock his opponents, sometimes the opponent takes damage from the shock(1-20 damage, depending on the level of shock). Nekonin's other use for this skill is the use the Sparkling Moe Wave combination attack, but outside that attack, Nekonin cannot use any of her other physical strikes, grapples, weapons, magic or ninja attacks. This form is also very delicate, Nekonin will take 20 more damage when hit by attacks. Nekonin's personality becomes abit cute and precious while in this form.

Feles is a member of Step-chan's ally forces, she's well versed in weapon strikes and can get a good number of hits in. Her other physical strikes are fairly solid, but she does her best using close range weapons.

Super Echidna Yoto Grandma Killer- This summon is abit of a windfall, the damage she does varies quite abit with each attack. She can do alot of damage if your lucky. she will do three of four attacks when summoned:
Throw a Devil Shoe: 5-80 damage
Lizard Arm Slash: 25-150 damage
Choke the opponent with her Donut sidekick: 30-120 damage
Fire a Dart Shower from her cane to pierce the enemy: 100-400 damage.
Dancing PB & J Banana- Another windfall summon, the Dancing PB&J Banana will sing "It's Peanut Butter Jelly Time!" to damage the opponent, the damage varies greatly depending on how annoyed the opponent is, doing from 30-270 damage.
Misha & Shia*- Misha & Shia do a combination skill(Divine Judgement) that heals all allies 500 hit points and does 100-300 damage to the opponent/s. Misha & Shia can also assist in doing the Sparkling Moe Beam combination attack.
Ai, Mai & Mii*- Ai, Mai & Mii summon is a 3 part summon, Ai refreshed the allies stamina(restoring energy, not hit points), Mai attacks tackles the opponents with fierce power and speed(doing 100-150 damage) and Mii heals 400 hit points to hurt allies.
Guu*- Guu will swallow an opponent(for 1-6 minutes, they will be stuck inside her stomach, which is a strange world that will unnerve them), then spit them back out. Does 100-600 damage, depending on how long they are in her stomach.
Hazuki*- Hazuki can use Vampire Hypnosis to control the mind of an opponent(making them do anything she wants them to). Hazuki can also assist in doing the Sparkling Moe Wave Combination attack.

Hideki Motosuwa: Secondary pilot, and a rookie to the team. His skill would actually place him amongst one or two aviation prodigies, despite what we've seen from him before. I've given him a special job: to test out the team's latest prototype racer. It's got forward-swept wings and 3D thrust vectoring. Nothing can out-turn it without tearing itself apart.
Skills
Airrider taught Hideki some Muay Thai. He's not too good yet, though, so his damage rating is only from 1-35.
He's pretty handy with a firearm, though. He has been given a Glock 18, but again, he's not too good. He can squeeze out the same kinda of damage that Airrider can, and makes up for his lack of accuracy with a larger clip. He can send out 16 shots in between reloads.
He knows no magic or jutsus, but makes up for it with his flying skills. His machine is known as the Uropelia Prototype. It has no Caladrius transformation, its defense and reliability are poor due to its prototype status, and its max weapon loadout before recharging is not as much as the Forkner (called the A-MAX since Forkner is the name of the team...oops). It makes up for this with its insane agility. Coupled with Hideki's natural skill, the Uropelia has no rival.
Hakuto No Ken: Fist of the north star, a powerful martial arts style that inflicts 35-70 damage per hit when Hideki uses it, it drains Hideki's stamina alittle more quickly, so he tends to use it only when necessary.
Hideki Power Strike: Hideki charges his power and strikes the opponent with a powerful combination attack, does 14000-17000 damage.
Formula Highpowered United Strike- Hideki can also lead this attack.

Miss Accord: The teacher of a magic school in Purinpu Town, but she moonlights as the prime flight instructor for Forkner. Her magical abilities give her a precognition similar to anyone familiar with The Force: since she can see things before they happen, she can fly anything. She also acts as a third pilot if either Hideki or myself cannot make a race.
Precognition: Accord is extremely hard to pin down because her magic is so powerful. She can cloak herself, see things as they are about to unfold, and other nasty tricks.
Musical Spells: Accord knows a whole host of spells involving music. She will call out a name of a tempo, anything from "Largo" to "Presto." Depending on the speed she casts, she can dish out anywhere from 1-500 HP damage.
I'm not sure what other spells Accord knows. Even though I take charge of the team often, I've only seen her do her work as a flight instructor.
Flying Cane: Because of the winged tip of her wand and its oversize length, Accord is fine using her wand like a fencing rapier. It's only defensive, she doesn't really like beating people up.
Her flying skills are as good as mine, although she has a very conservative and by-the-book flying style. She flies a trainer version of the A-MAX, with more stability and armor to suit the trainee pilot.
Hakuto No Ken: Fist of the north star, a powerful martial arts style that 30-60 damage per hit when Ms. Accord uses it(she tries to avoid it when possible), it drains Ms. Accord's stamina alittle more quickly, so she tends to use it only when necessary.
Melody Winding Wave: Accord releases a powerful musical wave the winds and spins at the opponent/s, it does 10000-15000 damage.
Formula Highpowered United Strike- Ms. Accord can also lead this attack.
Macky
Class: Flying Magician
Macky has been trained by Airrider in air based combat, she flies by using a magical pencil and uses magic spells to to attack, she can fire up to 7 attack spells at a time.
Lightweight: Speed and tactics over power.
Slaps- 1-10 damage
Punches- 1-25 damage
Kicks- 1-30 damage
Magic Missile- Macky fires a magical missile at her opponent, it does 100-200 damage.
Fire Missile- Macky fires a magical fire missile at her opponent, it does 150-300 damage.
Magic Laser- Macky fires a magic laser at her opponents, it does 200-400 damage.
Psyche Up: Macky charges up her energy, doubling the damage she does with her attacks.
Magic Pencil- Macky uses this to fly on.
Finishers/High Level Moves
Magic Plasma Wave- Macky fires a magical plasma wave at her opponent, it does 4000-6000 damage.
Formula Highpowered United Strike- Macky can lead this attack.
Pentell
Class: Flying Acolyte
Lightweight: Speed and tactics over power.
Pentell has been trained by Airrider in air based combat, she has less offense skills than Macky but knows alittle healing magic, she flies on a broom. She can fire up to 6 attack spells at a time.
Slaps- 1-10 damage
Punches- 1-25 damage
Kicks- 1-30 damage
Magic Missile- Pentell fires a magical missile at her opponent, it does 100-200 damage.
Dia Laser- Pentell fires a divine magical laser at her opponent, it does 150-300 damage.

Team Pampero has finally come forward, debuting their prototype after the camera-ruining fiasco was properly reported to them. Their craft of choice is a series of three-engined racer known as the Ciclone. Compared to the Forkner A-MAX series, they are much faster and more precise, and possibly a great deal stealthier, due to their signature jamming exhaust. The rumor mill is true, the Ciclone uses extremely powerful electromagnetic engines.
Other statistics are short in coming, it would seem that Team Pampero will still keep its cards close to its chest. However, its shape is unmistakable. It's the first team to explore forward-swept wings, which might be an advantage in the curves.
Their lineup of pilots has also been announced:

Rumored to be dead for about two years, Misuzu Kamio has suddenly burst onto the global scene as the world's youngest team manager and corporate giant. The Formula Highpowered gossip mills are guessing that Misuzu might have staged her death just to get enough time alone to create the team. Just as before, she's a dinosaur afficionado.
Strengths: According to camera scouts, Misuzu has amazing reflexes and a preternatural instinct for flight.
Weaknesses: Other scouts have seen a potential Achilles' Heel...Misuzu is just as, if not more, reckless than Airrider, rarely looking behind her and aiming for clear sky.
Special Techniques: As far as it can be ascertained, Misuzu takes inspiration from her love of dinosaurs and butts heads harder than a pachycephalosaurus when hulls touch. No matter how much ramming gets done, her aim towards the finish line is steady.

Perhaps of interest to Step-chan, Pierce, an associate of known CCC member Pink, has signed up outside of either Step or Airrider's circles to get the most lucrative rookie FP pilot's contract in history. This elfin pilot is hoping to get much-needed publicity for elves in Formula Highpowered and someday not feel so alone on-course.
Strengths: Pierce is extremely powerful with magic and is an unrivaled psychic. She can more or less see things right before they happen, meaning as long as she concentrates, she'll dodge every obstacle and shot, and make every pass without contact or fuss. Her powers can keep a craft glued together for longer than it normally can, and she generally is assigned to make sure Misuzu can finish in one piece.
Weaknesses: For all her psychic skills, if Pierce gets flustered or disrupted, she's no more than an elfin version of any other pilot. Taking away her momentum will take away her advantages.
Special Techniques: What was once thought to be a snap turn is now confirmed to be teleporting from the outside of a corner to the inside, or vice-versa. This, however, takes a lot of power to do right, so Pierce can only do this once or twice.

As a goddess, Peorth has the most endurance and fastest reflexes of Team Pampero, and is given the most dangerous versions of any of the Ciclone prototypes. She has the capacity to be secondary or lead, but she'd rather take care of more of the administrative functions of Pampero, as well as pursue Keiichi...much to the other goddesses' chagrin.
Strengths: Peorth's got it all: great endurance, an aggressive flying style, lightning reflexes, and a willingness to push the limits as far back as they can go, and then push them a smidge further.
Weaknesses: Peorth's untested when it comes to a full Formula Highpowered race. Who knows what the outcome will be if she's called up? Could be good, could be a disaster.
Special Techniques: Peorth hasn't ever missed a shot with the highly dangerous Geiborugu superlaser, and is the only one on Pampero trusted with the terrifying device. She can even shoot down incoming missiles and even deflect other lasers and bullets with it!
As for what Forkner is bringing to the table, something about Forkner's engine choice also makes cameras act up. All that cameras will pick up of the yet-unnamed Forkner prototype is two long trails of light in all sorts of different colors depending on what day the run is made.
The hype about these two teams' groundbreaking prototypes is getting other teams fired up. Other teams, previous champions, and especially old nemeses of Forkner are all throwing their R&D branches into overdrive, according to the latest buzz on the FP grapevine.
