I have told this story a few times before but I'm sure there are people who haven't heard (read) it before.
About 13 years ago, I was student teaching at an elementary school. Ronald McDonald came to the school to put on a show for the kids. Some of the kids & teachers volunteered to be in the show-I was "volunteered". My part was basically doing a "Vanna White" by revealing letters/words on a board. I was hamming it up and just having fun with it. Ronald made a comment saying something, "Wow, you are really getting into this. We should go for coffee sometime." Now, I have been asked out by a bunch of clowns in my day but that one definitely takes the cake.
