Is there one character you swear is your pop culture doppelganger?


For me... I swear its Junie B. Jones...

I don't know how many of you are aware of this reader for kids but Junie B. is a kindergartener... (okay she's in the first grade now- but I prefer her Kindergarten persona) who has no concept of just how boisterous and precocious she is... she drives adults insane but I love her.

She goes by Junie B. The B. stands for Beatrice but she only likes the B and that's all.
Once she dropped her ice cream and lost her balloon...and "then she said the word of poop"  ;D

There's something about her that I find endearing and sometimes I feel like I channel her.
If Junie B. were an adult... I think she would be me...or I would be she...whatever we're one in the same.

i'll have to give it some thought.

hmmmm...I would have to say, Darlene Conner...from the show, Roseanne.  She totally reminds me of...well, me. LOL....especially when I was younger....and had more of an attitude problem. :D

That's easy: The Doctor, from "Doctor Who".

I say this, for a few reasons:

-All the best things have happened to me by accident.
-I seem to benefit from serendipity on a weekly basis, at least.
-I have several sides to me...and not all of them are liked.
-Each regeneration seems to have a side of my personality reflected.
-Not everyone has agreed with my dress sense, through the years.

Very few people will know who this character is but I say it is Luna Moody-only with a New York accent instead of a southern one (And Carlos is my Max). I'm curious how many know who she is. I know snozberries does.  ;)

^ Well sweetie, you've said I'm alot like the mid '90s David in terms of looks and how I act and stuff, so I can totally see that. Conversely I think you could pass for "Darlene" from then as well as today (I mean the 2007/08 Sara Gilbert is obviously a barometer for how she would look now, if she were real).

I'm really of the idea that people themselves don't really change much over the years, but merely their situations and surroundings do. And that can indirectly change someone's mind or attitude about something. Yet if their eyes had been opened to it earlier, they could've changed back then too.



That all being said, my closest choice might be Uncle Jesse from Full House. Although I'm not an exact match, I share lots in common with the real Marty McFly (moreso in music choice, some fashion and certain ways of acting). There's lots of others too, like the characters Adam Sandler plays - goofballs but ultimately good guys.
