You can't do it until you get 100 posts.
Then, under everyone's posts (except yours), you'll see a link labeled "More karamel". However, it won't be visible to you until you get 100 posts.

That's odd...the person who started this thread must've deleted their account; all their posts are now showing up as "guest". :-\\

Whoa! I didn't know you had to have 100 posts before you can give Karma.

I expect you had more than a hundred when it was introduced so it wasn't somehting you needed to know.
