Cats ... they just can't get enough affection, can they? Like a perpetual sponge waiting to soak up your stroking them.

Years ago, like I stop to 'tweet' at wild birds .... I'd often spend time on the way home late at night stroking whatever cat might cross my path. Gave that practice away a couple of years back when I was personally persistently bothered by a biting flea or two ... which I figured I'd picked up off of one of these cats. Anyhow, normal service is now resumed, as the building I've recently moved into has an adopted 'fat cat' .. that everyone seems to make a fuss of. He (she?) is so placid ... almost on 'mogadons' .. just seems to sleep its life away, and invite you to stroke it. Well, it's nice to be in touch with nature.  :) 8)

You know, I used to change avatars all the time, but the one common theme was that I wanted something that expressed myself in one way or another. And I can't think of anything that says who I am better than this one. I don't intend to ever change it, and even long after this board exists, or I stop posting, etc...I'll always feel that way, probably the rest of my life. When I'm 90 years old, I have hardly any doubt that I'll feel just as strongly as I do right now.

The muscle man with the face paint is 'The Ultimate Warrior' and was a WWF wrestler between 1988 - 1992. He won the intercontinental title twice, once from the Honky Tonk Man at Summerslam 1988 and the second time from 'Ravashing' Rick Rude at Summerslam 1989. He also won the WWF heavyweight title in 1990 at Wrestlemania 6 after beating Hulk Hogan in a great match.  :)

He came back for a very short stint in 1996 but the less said about that the better.
