Well, here's one for the score. I was attempting to straighten my bangs a bit, with my VERY HOT curling iron the other day. So, as I attempted to do so...I ended up sticking the VERY HOT curling iron against my forehead. You know how you do something like that and it's like you don't even realize you are doing it...and you hesitate a bit to pull it away...well, that's what happened to me. I stood there like an arse with it stuck to my forehead...and well, needless to say....I have a nice big burn on my forehead now. I haven't had one of those since I was in like junior high. :-\\

The Water Cooler we had sprung a leak, so as I was taking it down to the car to drive it off to the dump, instead of taking the front door like I should have, I went down the side exit, and not realizing the wide turn I was making, I scraped my hand against a spackled wall, and ripped a big chunk of skin off the knuckle of my finger.  I may end up with a scar, as it doesn't look like it's gonna heal anytime soon

I now have a strong disliking for spackled walls ;D  What purpose do they serve anyway other than being dangerous?

oh gosh! Our livingroom walls and the walls going up the steps are like that. Everytime I carry the laundry basket upstairs...I scrape my knuckles on them...it hurts like a b!tch! >:(

Oh my, I could write a book.  In the last few weeks I have done...

I stubbed my pinky toe and knocked off half the nail.  It looks lovely.  Actually I've been polishing my nails since it's summer, so I've been painting my skin until the nail grows back!  ;D

Y'all know I fell down the stairs a few weeks ago.

I opened the kitchen cabinet that has the dog food in it and bent down to feed the dogs and came up and cracked my head on the open cabinet door.  No blood or marks, but you would think that I would have remembered I just opened the cabinet.

One of the lightswitches in the basement is messed up.. whenever I flick it on, if I do it real quick it's fine, but if I have my finger there for any length of time at all, I get an electric shock.. well, what do I do every single time, flick the switch and basically just leave my finger there like a retard and go "OOOWWWWWWEEEEE!!!"  ;D

Oh yeah.. and spackled walls are so redundant, I despise them.

I have a history in this house of being such a klutz.Most of the times I run up the stairs and trip over myself and a long time ago I ran down the stairs and hurt myself.Now I know that I should take my time.

I guess my most recent one was friday where I was trying to peer through a closed window and misjudged it so I banged my head really hard on the glass.

Sometimes I get up from our bed and head into the other room. The door isn't always opened the widest it could be and I run right into the side of the door-which is only a little more than an inch wide. You think that I could miss that narrow edge but I have hit it so many times. But, I do blame my vision (or lack of it on) when I do that. Yeah, yeah. That's it. It was in my blind spot.

I was trying to get my phone charger out of the wall the other day and my fingers slipped onto the metal prongs that go into the wall.  Didn't know the shock would be that big.

Reminds me of my sister when she was kid. She broke her collar bone in a game of keep-away and broke her pinky finger in a pillow fight. I think she finally learned to avoid "contact sports".

I ran into the open drawer of my filing cabnet.  Ended up with a cut about 4 inches long on my leg.  Didn't realize the actual cut till my roommate told me.

Yesterday I was getting a can of soda from the 'fridge.  I dropped it on my foot and then the can exploded.  It was going around in circles, shotting soda all over the kitchen.  ;D

Somehow my coffee cup just slipped out of my hand yesterday as soon as I filled it up. It was  like my hand just let go of it and I just stood there and let it happen,  it was really wierd.  :-\\  So, I had a nice mess to clean up.

I always had a habit of spilling stuff on the table. ;D

I had a klutzy accident the other day.  So I'm in the car driving home when I realize the food I'd just gotten from Swiss Chalet was going to topple over, so I pulled into a parking lot and as I got out of the car, I banged my head, which I haven't done in a while.

Either I am too tall, or the car is too small :D

Yesterday I smashed my pinky toe, again.  I think this makes the millionth time.  By the time I'm 80, my pinky toe is going to either fall off or be the size of my big toe.  ;D

Would you believe I'm still finding soda spots on the cabinets, I thought I wiped everything down. 

We went to visit a friend at the college today. As soon as we walked into the building, I proceed to walk right into a wooden box that was sitting on the floor. I really put a big gouge in my shin. A friend who was with us said that the box shouldn't have been there and when we saw the friend we were visiting, she said that she banged herself on the same box. They were so nice not to make me feel that it was just me. Of course, I really didn't see it-which is why I banged into. But man, did it hurt like a mudder. It doesn't hurt now-unless I bump it-again.

I was changing the oil in my truck last weekend. Since it's a 4x4, I can crawl under it (barely) without jacking it up, so I did. I'd forgotten that when the drain hole is on the side of an oil pan the oil tends to come out sideways, so when I finally got the bolt out the very warm oil hit me in the eye, which caused me to flinch and slam my head into the skid plate on the a-arm, then back down into the concrete garage floor.

I've also tripped over poly line about a dozen times in the last month at my new job. That stuff loves to magically wrap itself around my feet when I'm not looking, I tell ya!

When I was doing cart collecting,some pigeons got in my way while pushing them and my head came crashing into a yellow pole.

Well....my klutziness struck again! ::) :D


I was cooking this pasta dish, and like a dummy, I went to taste it to see if it was cooked enough...and duh, not even thinking of how HOT it was (boiling hot)....I put the HOT metal spoon to my lips and took a taste. Let's just say that my bottom lip now resembles a piece of grilled steak (well, not THAT bad...but still).

Then, yesterday...I was looking in the fridge for something to make for dinner...and I literally shut my two fingers in the fridge door. It took me a second to realize what was happening...then, I felt the pain. :D ;D ::)

Many times either my cup or my lip will get a hole in it. I really hate when that happens.

Hubby seriously wonders how I managed to make it 7 years as a cheerleader because I'm so accident-prone.....I only got hurt once then and it wasn't my fault (the people who were supposed to catch me didn't and I broke my wrist :o)

Oh, I hate when I do something stupid like that.  Last year, at Christmas, I had a pot on one burner of the stove (there was stuff cooking on the other 3 as well) and felt the outside handle (metal) to see if it was hot...it wasn't so I proceeded to pick the pot up bare handed and MASSIVELY burned my hand on the handle that was on the inside of the stove ::)

A few weeks ago, I somehow managed to pour melted butter from a pan straight on my hand....there was a nice blister over about 1/2 of my palm :o

^ Just like we were talking about the other day, I always invariably seem to bang or run over my foot with a shopping cart. Also, I do the same thing dribbling a basketball (which is why I'm not very good with travelling, lol).
