I have TRIED get people involved but no one really seems interested. Everyone seemed to be gung ho at first but now... :-\\ Should we try for another time?

I would like that. OR we just say that you and I are meeting for the day and if anyone wants to come, they can....

I just talked to the "chauffeur" and he doesn't want to make the trip all the way to Philly for just one person-HOWEVER, if you want to get together, we can arrange another place that would be more convenient for both of us (like maybe somewhere in NY State). But, if others still want to get together in Philly, that is a different story and we are willing to make the trip.

come to think of it (and i guess this would have been helpful feedback months ago but i just now thought of it) summer might not be the best time to ahve this thing, as a lot of people are busy with other trips. i know with band bookings it's trickiest in summer for just that reason, it's rare that all five of us are all around on any given weekend.

Well, around the end of July.. I probably (we're 50/50 right now) will be making a trip out East with my Bro Pete.
He wants to go back to Boston and wants to see New York, Washington etc, so I'll be hooking up with Kay and Mike at some point.. I doubt it would be that hard for a few of us to get together on a whim.. me and Mike usually do these things with all of about 10 minutes planning, it's pretty easy.

Truth be told, I had kind of forgotten about it. But I'd still love to have some sort of meeting. I don't know that I can make it to Philly next month but I might be in Virginia around Christmas time.

.. cus I have friends that live there, cus Pete has family that live there, cus it's only a 5 hour drive and cus it's fun.
The question one has to ask oneself, is why not?
