Way to go. You rock girl!  And it is exciting. I just had to call the cops, as i heard my neighbors car alarm go off and then as I looked out the window, I saw a car drive off with it's lights off, obviously the criminals. Talked to my neighbor as he was outside inspecting for damage * hopefully the police will patrol our quiet neighborhood. I still have somewhat of an adrenaline rush going. and I hope they catch those bastards  >:(

Wow. Reminds me of when the guy at the end of my parents street heard this massive crash and looked out to see a car had hit his wall. He rushed out to help the guys involved and then realised it was his car!

I'm looking forward to a nice month and working at Pathmark.I'm going to start making up a "budget envelope" and put all 100 dollar bills in one and the other 20's and 10's in another so that way It can be separated. It's better for me so I won't be confused.

Meredith Viera is interviewing the kid who won the National Spelling Bee and my first thought was "OMG! That kid is such a dork."  Right down to the "Louis Skolnik" laugh ;D

I'm feeling very tired, as Vaughn had me up a little after 6:00 this morning. It's not even 10:30 and it feels like it should actually be around 1 or so.

One evening, we were watching t.v. and we heard a big BANG and the house shook. About 2 seconds later, we heard something that sounded like rain but it only lasted a few seconds. We found out that some idiot rammed his truck into a utility pole right outside our house (the raining sound we were was glass hitting the ground). He did it purposely because he was upset with his girlfriend which didn't make any sense. Now if he rammed HER truck into a pole because he was upset with her, that would make more sense.  :D ;D ;D

Geez. ::)  A few years ago a guy in Idaho killed his wife...chopped off her head and drove around with it.  Then decided he wanted to kill himself so he crashed into an oncoming car.  Turns out he killed everyone in the car he hit, but he survived.  And his wifes head.....out the window.

I am the watch dog for my hood.  I don't know if there was any damage, but they gained access to 2 vehicles and the alarm scared them off. Police came by, & I told them about the car I saw and asked him to patrol more than usual if they could. One of my softball pals is on the dept. so I dropped his name.

I wrote a song about it.

It's called DECAPITATED SPOUSE HEAD SUICIDE MISSION!

Angry at my wife I don't know what to do,
I gather up my implements and plan my next move,
Giving it the thought a long term plan requires,
I finally decide it's her time to expire.

HACK OFF HER HEAD! HACK OFF HER HEAD!
TAKE MY SAW AND HACK OFF HER HEAD!

I hold her down with my knee on her back,
Push her head down and begin to hack,
With a blunt rusty saw I cut through her spine,
As long as she's dead she'll always be mine.

HACK OFF HER HEAD! HACK OFF HER HEAD!
TAKE MY SAW AND HACK OFF HER HEAD!

I get in my truck with her head by my side,
I feel no remorse I just want us to die,
Embracing these feelings of intense suicide,
I start up my truck and we go for a ride.

HACK OFF HER HEAD! HACK OFF HER HEAD!
TAKE MY SAW AND HACK OFF HER HEAD!

I spot a young family that's coming towards us,
Like Lynyrd Skynyrd they should have took the tour bus,
My blood lust rises as I see their cute young faces,
I catch the Father's eyes and he knows his life is hopeless.

HACK OFF HER HEAD! HACK OFF HER HEAD!
TAKE MY SAW AND HACK OFF HER HEAD!

I smash in to them at 90 miles an hour,
Glass reigns down like a sick death shower,
One child impaled upon the steering rack,
The other in two pieces laying in the back.

HACK OFF HER HEAD! HACK OFF HER HEAD!
TAKE MY SAW AND HACK OFF HER HEAD!

I crawl from my truck and survey the wreckage state,
With my last ounce of strength I start to masturbate,
By killing them I knew I could survive,
I lust to kill again, Dead Spouse Suicide!

I think if it was my family in the car, I'd be devastated, then they'd mention a decapitated head flying out the car.. and I'd start laughing. I seriously believe that, in no way, shape or form, is a decapitated head, flying out of the window.. on an Idaho highway.. not funny.

Your meter's a little bit off, and although I know you're going for some grotesque parody, the blunt simplicity of this takes away from all the mystery that could have been. I admire your venturing off into humor while being really morbid, what with the masturbating part, but I think that from now own, you should leave somebody else to the songwriting.

I give these lyrics a 4/10.

You haven't looked at me that way in years.
You dreamed me up and left me here.
How long was I dreaming for?
What was it you wanted me for?

You haven't looked at me that way in years.
Your watch has stopped, and the pond has cleared.
Someone turn the lights back on.
I love you 'til all time is gone.

You haven't looked at me that way in years,
But I'm still here.

Started buying furniture and kitchenware for my nonexistent apartment today, at the thrift store. I would have bought a lot more, but, alas, I lack a truck or large vehicle to haul said stuff. I'm going to refurnish the stuff I bought, and so far, my house is going to look like it came right out of the late 60s. It's awesome.

What was it?

I went to some car lots today.

I'm being overly picky, I've seen several good vehicles, but I'm determined to find something I actually want.

I realize I'm not going to get the 323i that I wanted for less than $8000, so I've shifted my gaze and am now checking out Camry's and such like.

I'm in a panic right now...I was just about ready to rinse the dye out of my hair and the water is off!!  The tub was still full from earlier, so I used that and a couple of bottles of cold water!!   :o :o

I might be bald tomorrow.   :-\\ :o

OMG  That is a bad situation.  I'm sure a couple extra minutes won't hurt it.

It's now 10 o'clock and the water just came back on, luckily the rinse job I did earlier seemed get out all of the dye.  I'm just happy that my lazy husband didn't let the water out of the tub earlier or I would have been screwed.

Just don't tell him that his slacking off helped you avoid a tragedy.  He'll probably use that story everytime you get into an arguement about him not doing something. ::) ::)

Who said that they have the right to disclose info and to whom? Depending on who, I believe you have the right to say that you don't want that. You may want to look into it.

Only if you're a threat to yourself or others, even if you're under 18.  Told to me by the therapist of someone who was under 18 at the time.

Yes, I believe like Rhonda said(only if you are a threat to yourself or others).  Think about the VA Tech guy...probably situations like that.

I'm sure you have nothing to worry about.  Unless you plan on becoming President. :P

It's true in some situations... but not, like, where they can make you wear a sign or something.

What it means if you're determined to be a threat to others, their next-of-kin will be informed.. and if you're a threat to yourself, your parents will be informed. You can say whatever you want, but if you threaten self-violence they tell your parents, and if you threaten others with violence they tell the people.

But.. why did San Diego call you?

Oh, I just went through this.  I'm not sure if all the schools are the same, but out here they just gave them an eye test and maybe hearing (can't remember for sure on the hearing)  They wanted to see if they knew their colors, alphabet, rhyming words, etc...  They also wanted to see if they could bounce a ball correctly and balance on one leg and jump.  I guess to see if they have normal coordination and they checked to see if they had all shots.  Aside from the short wait, I think the screening was over in like ten minutes.  They had Brooke go through the stations without me, so maybe if they do that with Vaughn he'll behave better for the people doing the test...they're really good with the kids.

My daughters went to preschool for about 7 months.  They went MWF for 2 1/2 hrs a day, so they weren't there for long.  I think what they really learned from pre-school was how to play with other kids.  They taught them some alphabet, a letter each week, but mostly it was just for the kids to play and express themselves with art or whatever.  I'm sure he will have no problem being ready.  If there are some things he is weak in, they should let you know so that you can work with him over the summer.  For instance, Brooke has trouble with lower case alphabet and rhyming words.  So they asked me to help her in those areas.

Brooke used to do that with her alphabet.  Everyday I would go over three letters.  Sometimes she would be fine and remember them and other times she would act like she didn't remember them or she wouldn't answer me at all.  I guess it was a phase we had to work through.  They also sell these neat dry erase books at Toys R Us and Barnes and Noble.  They can practice writing the numbers or letters and they also have some activities.  I have also bought some of the regular number and letter activity books from Wal-mart.

Excuse my meandering thoughts, but it’s getting late.
And with the time goes my alerted state of mind.
And parallel to the feelings you’ve brought, I’ve felt a little hate.
But enough of that for now, my brain needs time to unwind.

So with this little bit of information, I leave you for the night.
I hope you dream of me and the memories our minds have captured.
And as you wonder if I’m about to leave you, I might…
But if I do, it’s only because you fail to keep me enraptured.

I can’t say you make me feel completely satisfied,
But how about you let us both catch a few winks?
I guess the important thing is that you deeply tried,
But I can’t enjoy you without having a few drinks…

If you wake up tomorrow morning,
Only to find me missing from your bed,
Don’t spend the next few weeks in mourning,
Just go find a man who likes you, instead.

... I didn't know I could be that mean....

Congrats for Vaughn, Erin!

I know we were concerned with Teela, upon her Kindergarten entry....but mainly for her social skills.
We worked VERY hard on her education, pretty much since birth.

Also, remember what they say: The first 5 yrs. of a child's learning determines how they learn for the rest of their life.

I would say that you & Chris are doing OK, if Vaughn's considered OK.

I'm happy to hear all went well.

If you're working with him he probably knows more than some kids in the class, I'm sure he will do so good in Kindergarten.

I'm feeling pretty good. I did some good bargaining.

My friends brother in law is a mechanic, in exchange for me helping my buddy stain his deck, he gave his ticket to the ballgame on friday to his brother in law who in turn is going to come with me and check out the BMW 5 series I'm considering purchasing.

I tested the car today and it drove well but there was a knocking from the engine and obviously, I want to know what problems I may face before I buy the car. It's a good model, newish, not too many miles, good condition apart from the sounds coming from the engine. Good price. If it's going to be a big engine rebuild then I'll forget it, but if I can fix it for less than a grand I'll buy the car.

TG- You are in my thoughts, for whatever it's worth.
I respect your views, even if I don't agree with them.
May you find some measure of peace, and some sort of serenity in your thoughts.

As for me- I am excited.
I finally get my license back, tomorrow.

I am also looking forward to Teela getting out of school, as well as my birthday next month.
(I will finally get my seniority back!)

My cousin is brain-dead.. 3 on the Glasgow Coma Scale. I missed school to see her today... the most gruesome thing I've ever seen.

The plug is pulled Saturday.

I have been atheist for a long time now, but I can say this with more confidence than I ever have in my entire life: There is no God.

Sorry to hear this about your cousin

Arby's kicks ass. I wish I could work at one, but I'd easily gain damn near 100 pounds.. I love their food.

I want to know If It's too early to ask the supervisor to do stock when the weather gets nasty cause I may want to do that and try my hands at something different during the summer.I really like Pathmark a lot and by watching the orientation video, their co-workers really mean a lot to the company.

Howard, do they advertise jobs in store?  Most of the supermarkets here do that.  If they do I would keep an eye out for the job you want to do and then ask the supervisor about applying for it.

Inside the Pathmark shop where you work do they have a board where they advertise any job vacancies they have?  It might be in the staff room or at the front of the store near the check outs.

Happy, my friend in Delaware has just got engaged! Apparently if they get married in America rather than the Caribbean I'm a bridesmaid, I have been promised there will be no pink meringues to be seen when it comes to the frocks.  ;D

So along with the 5 series BMW I'm checking out on Saturday, a guy with a 74 Chevy Nova came to my Uncle's bank this morning.

I was there within 10 minutes.  ;D

406 V8. Brand new transmission and drive shaft, just over 140xxx.

God I want that vehicle. Me and the guy selling it talked for a while and I made him an offer, I low-balled him pretty bad and I know he'll want more, which is fine.

I just want a V8 again, I miss my tank!  ;D

I'd rather go to the Caribbean to be a bridesmaid ;D  I'm one of my SIL's and we're wearing a deep wine color.  I've been fortunate enough to never have to wear pink ;D

I finished Kindergarten in 1979.

But that was the year you turned 5. Did you start it at age 4, or were you in kindergarten for only half a year? ???

Yeah, if you hadn't read the previous posts about her.. she got shot twice and she's on life-support. She's getting pulled off life support Saturday. She has two kids, the older is 2-years old.

No, I hadn't read the previous posts. I only spotted your posting right above my reply. Still, it's just sad that she'd been shot. :\'( I'd wondered why she was almost dead.

Their grandfather, who is my uncle.

Tomorrow at 6 is the time scheduled to pull the plug. I'll be going up.

The drummer left our band, which means we've been reduced to just me and my friend Dave, our guitarist... I don't know if the drummer's leave is for good, but.. well, damn, I just don't know right now.

Well I found a cable with the right plug to use with my laptop adaptor here so I'm back online! Internet is slow but at least I'm on. I didn't even need that transformer thing for this comptuer since the power supply is compatible with 220 as long as you have the right cable which I do now.
