There are lots and lots of silly laws on the books around the world. Rather than do the responsible thing and wipe them from the books, lets add some more!
I hereby add the following to "PPP Silly Laws, Volume 1, Chapter 1, First Edition"
"It shall be illegal to transport a dead goat across a time zone line. This law is not applicable when DST changes are in effect, or if the goat is covered in asbestos."

It will be illegal for fast food and restaurant employees to scratch their ass, pick their nose, and do other gross things while preparing the food the customers will eat

Legislate away! Here's a few laws I made up for specific regions/states
Antarctica: "No person shall view a mirage after sunrise and before sunset"
Death Valley, CA: "Hunting from an igloo is punishable by death"

Years ago, I used to go to the local gym and it has a whirlpool that i used to use when no one was there. This one time, these three fat guys in super small thongs come in and start letting loud smelly farts. I got the hell out of there so fast. I'd like a law to ban fat guys from letting farts in public places

It is illegal for people to pronounce the "s" in Illinois.
No person over the age of 13 shall be allowed to wear clothing with cartoon characters on it.
Any person caught sneezing or coughing in public without covering their mouths and/or saying excuse me will be sentenced to 30 days hard labor.
