Nope.  In primate species, males tend to die earlier due to their propensity to do stupid and violent things as part of the struggle for pack dominance / alpha status; the winners of such struggles then had multiple females with whom they could mate, and after two million years of it, we're kinda stuck with the results.

In very recent times, having a mate tends to add a few years of life expectancy.  No matter what your genitals look like, you're more likely to survive a heart attack/stroke if you live with someone who's capable of calling 911 and/or stabilizing you; this is a byproduct of technology, not biology, as medical technology hasn't existed for long enough for our genes to adapt.  (Our insurance companies, however, are another story.)
