I have songs on CD-Rs, and in many directories .. would take too long to count but I do have slightly over 5,500 songs (about 5000 of those are all 80s music)

To get the "Most Recently Played" column, you have to add that yourself. After you do that, click the column header and the songs most recently played with their date will be sorted.

I can't believe that you know the number of LPs or other speed records and how many songs.
Unless you are obsessed and archive. Thank god for the Itunes and the mP3. The second floor of my house is records. tons. but i'm not about to archive it. I know that among us there are the ones with so many CDs that they lost count.... you knkow, when you begin to use them for holding up furniture? :)

I'm just counting what's on my media player. I don't actually know how many CD's and LP's I have. I know I have just under 1000 tapes though.

Yeah, why do you think I've been fixing up the attic? I've got an old technics double deck, it's got all the fun recording nonsense on it as well. It's sweet. When I have loads of money to waste I'm gonna ship em all to the U.S.

I used to have a documented list of all the vinyl, tapes, CDs etc I had, but I gave a whole bunch away that I never listen ot, so it threw my list off. lol

Open Windows Media Player --> go Library --> There should be two icons next to the search bar, click the 1st one --> go down to "choose columns" --> click it and then when you get the list of columns, select "play count" and "date last played" -->click that column header to sort

You can also right click on the sort columns, and a menu of all the categories will come down, just check the ones that you want.
