I'm hoping Will Smith gets it for The Pursuit of Happyness - he was really wonderful in that role.
I can't really say on any of the others since the only movies I've seen on the list are The Pursuit of Happyness, Pirates, and Flags of our Fathers. Strange - we usually see a lot more than that!
