I use mom, dad, grandma and grandpa, but my dad gave my sisters and me all nicknames growing up, and he very rarely uses our actual names.  They are as follows:

Me: Freenah or Freen (all of my uncles call me this as well.)
Alix: Al or sheeshbird
Jereme: Bear
Jill: Bean

I don't even think about these names - they're just so normal to us. 

My Dad sometimes call me "Hey"-not even "Hey you", just "Hey".  Probably to get back at me for calling him "Fadder" (which he hated).  :D :D  He also had another nickname for me but I am not telling.  :-X
