yeah, that looks so unsafe, I'm sure casualties are expected and hopefully kept to a minimum, just another way of thinning the herd and weeding out the weak.

Yah not just bad engineering... but PURE INDIAN STYLE !
everyone prefers to cross the tracks to get across platforms...to avoid climbing stairs to the footover bridge :)

It's not bad engineering. She just couldn't be bothered to use the footbridge.

Using the footbridge constitutes as good exercise, climbing up and down the stairs is good for you.

In some places they don't have a lot of room to work with.The light rail in San Jose is like that sometinmes.I think Indians do what the woman in pink did all the time.
