I bought the book for my wife for Mother's Day.  She loved it, which probably means we will see the movie soon, and THEN I'll read the book :D

I have read the book and found it a good read, a real page-turner. I will see the film, but dismiss the critics own views.

Yes, I have read the book.It was a suprising easy read and I enjoyed it
very much.I am hoping to see the movie this weekend, but I will go when
the theater first opens, I figure that early in the morning there will be less
of a crowd.

No and no.

'Ey- for once I'm with you.  Not because I'm opposed to it or something like that... it just doesn't capture my interests.

I have now seen the film and having read the book I have notice a few differences between the two, but on the whole both are good.

Of course I do not wish to explain the differences for I may spoil it for others.

I read the book and found it to be nearly impossible to put down.

My place of employment is adjacent to a drive-in movie theater, and it just so happens that on my second break when we go outside, that's when the movies are starting, so I've seen the first 5 minutes of The Da Vinci Code 5 times now.

You really wish to change the times for your break so that the entire film can be seen.

My mom read the book and loved it, she wants me to read it when she finishes, but she's near the end and has forgotten about it.

I saw the movie and thought it was pretty good.  Wish people didn't make such a big deal of it.  But it was a decent movie.
