I always play the same songs over and over again.  Mostly old 80's songs, but they are so addictive, I cannot stop listening 8)

Very rarely...even songs I love. My most played well known songs include, 'Something' by the Beatles, 'We've Only Just Begun' by the Carpenters, 'S.O.S' by ABBA, 'See Emily Play' and 'Money' by Pink Floyd, 'Over the Hills and Far Away' by Led Zep. Going by my itunes 'most played list.'

Maybe twice in a row. Often more than 3 times in 1 day. Aside from that, I try not to overplay songs otherwise I will get sick of them. (Which has happened to a number of songs I like)

Are there any 'bad' songs you can't stop listening to? Mine would include Kylie's 'Locomotion and I Should Be So Lucky' the Waitresses 'I Know What Boys Like' and the B-52's 'Rock Lobster' (which is very annoying, lol).

Yes, I do alot. When I would get a new album, way back when  ;)  if I found a song I really liked, I'd have to lift the needle and then find the right groove to put it back in to hear it again. That was quite a pain.

One to One had some 9 hits in their career, and they are all so addictive.  I listen to them atleast 20 times a day ;D  8)

The one song I play over and over and over and over again is "Close My Eyes" by Paul Janz.  It was a song from my youth that never gets old.  Just yesterday, I had it on repeat and listened to it for like 3 hours non stop

Yes - I do play lots of songs over and over. Probably for personal memories, or that certain ones evoke certain feelings. Some I play more for the lyrics, some more for the melody. Usually melody plays a big role in both, though. Believe it or not, one song I seem to play over and over is "Annie's Song" by John Denver.

The same songs do keep cropping up on the radio.

Oh yes, I do this if the song has sentimental value (and I'm in a sentimental mood) or if it's a high energy song and I'm needing to pep up.

Yeah, largely-instrumental tracks work wonders for me.

Some of the best code I've written was under the influcence of Cabaret Voltaire's "Doom Zoom", "Here to Go", "Don't Argue" and "Sensoria". Practically interchangeable lyrics/samples, many remixes of each available, and backbeats that just seem to blend into each other. I've done all-nighters on nothing more than the four "album" releases of these tracks and they still "work" today.

Tripping Daisy's - I Got A Girl. You can never get sick of that song.
