All those sucky saps in Reservoir Dogs, they were just a bunch of bad guys (except for the one, I believe) that got what they were asking for.
Also, Billy Zane in "Dead Calm" was rather ruthless.

When I was about eight, I ASPIRED to be Jack Nicholson as the Joker in 1989's Batman. I also long idolized/hated Ursula from The Little Mermaid, even if I always identified more with Ariel.

Glenn Close as a stalker in 'Fatal Attraction' also had a bit of the scare factor...though I think her wild looking hair had something to do with it ;D.

Darth Vader was a pussy (am I allowed to use that word in that context? ;-))...the Emperor (Emperor Palpatine) was the real villain.

Leatherface...creepy. Great movie, though. My favorite scene is when they try to get grandpa to use the hammer on the girl.
