It's a good day. I have off school, for some reason! :D
Now, let us give proper reverence to the patron Saint of Ireland in the most proper way: Wearing green clothing and getting totally sh-t-faced.

May your day be touched by a bit of Irish luck,
brightened by a song in your heart,
and warmed by the smiles of the people you love.
Happy St. Patrick's Day, Everyone.

Maybe in Ireland, but in the US, it's DEFINITELY corned beef. I will not be partaking in it as just the smell of it makes my stomach start to turn :-\\
Never had that food, but willing to give a try.

Well I'm a rambler and a gambler and a long way from home, if ya don't like me then leave me alone I'll eat when I'm hungry I'll drink when I'm dry, and if the moonshine don't kill me I'll drink til I die!

In honor of St. Patrick's Day, I think I'll listen to Dropkick Murphys: Live on St. Patrick's Day on the way to work. That'll get me in the spirit! :D

I know I'm kinda late here... but I could not be on the 'puter all day Friday because we spent all day trying to reinstall Norton Antivirus on it.

I have been told it is bacon and cabbage, not corned beef?
traditionally it is, or was bacon, but beef brisket that's been cured in salt and spices is the way it's served here and called corned beef. I had a leftover corned beef and cabbage sandwich today and will probably finish it for my lunch tomorrow.

I don't like the smell of cooked cabbage but the food is really good eating.
