We already had a thread like this before, and I think the previous formula was "middle name (or pet's name) + street you grew up on."
Mother's maiden name though? That's one of those questions your bank or credit card company asks you if you should happen to forget your PIN number. Call me paranoid, but that's something I wouldn't feel comfortable giving out.
