Download 'wavepad' to allow yourself more than a minute of voice time. It works in the same way as the sound recorder does.

I'm willing to do it.  I'm not that great of a singer, but I'll try, and I will remember to just have fun.

Not sure when I'll get around to it (don't even know if I have the right stuff on my computer to do it), but I hope to some time.

I don't have a good "carrying" voice and I sing softer/quieter better, so I'll probably have to pick a good ballad. (REO Speedwagon's "Can't Fight this Feeling" is already out - tried karaoking that once and it wasn't pretty!) ;D

the only one i can think of that I'd wanna do is "Total Eclipse of the Heart"

Guys, I'm having issues with that freeserver you gave.  I'm on dialup and for some reason it's taking forever to upload.  (Yeah I know I am going to switch to DSL in the next couple of months).  But are there any alternatives that I could try?  If not I might have to bow out, and I really don't want to do that.  I have an awesome 80s song I want to try.

As soon as there is 10 contestants, our simon (YWN), Paula ( Quirk) and Randy (Guest) will have a chance to be critical.

After each of these three post, the rest of us (whoever wants to participate) will then vote off one person. :)

Here's a suggestion. Try to get lyrics from the web (if available) so you can read them while singing. That's what I do.  :)

Actually the song Stand Back I know by heart, because I've read the lyrics and learned them back and forth.  I just wanted to know about the time limit per song, that's all.  :)
