It's that harsh upbringing that made me the scary man i am today.

Two examples: At one of my gigs, I had a couple who came up and wanted to sing. One was a bit slow, and the other had obvious Down's Syndrome. OF course, I let them sing, and I even gave the audience a buildup to them. They enjoyed every minute of it. Afterward, I had so many ppl come up to me, and tell me that what I did was a cool thing, since the majority of KJs in this area tend to be d**kheads about the whole affair.

Another time, I was actually competing in a Karaoke Contest, at a County Fair. After the contest was over (I won, out of 50 contestants), people kept asking what my secret was. I responded, "I'm not that good. I've just been singing longer than most ppl." (See my posting on Bios, to understand what I mean.)

So, you see, it's all about fun. Keep it in mind, and you won't go wrong!

They have a "Meat Loaf" karaoke disc that I would KILL to get!
