So, how long/ what hours do you usually sleep at night?
I usually sleep from 9-10 until 5-6

When I'm able to sleep, it's usually from about 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.

My sleeping schedule is whack and I'm trying to fix it. Right now it's like....4:30am-10:30-11:00. There are times when I can't get to sleep at all...so it sucks. On mornings that I have to work it's usually 3:00-9:00.

well, let's see....lately it has been anywhere from midnight to 2 am....and I have to get up at 6 am to take Chris to work. Every once in a while I will catch a nap during the day, but usually I don't have time.

It's not much before 12:30 - 1am before I get my eyes shut...
I'm almost guaranteed a 'wake up' sometime during the night...
...and eyes open at 7am...
However, if the insomnia's playing up...different story!

Perhaps your bed itself, is uncomfortable...
It's said the most comfortable bed is a hammock...
...I can just picture myself getting in and out of one of those!

Hmmm...hammocks would be very difficult to get in and out of!
I had a waterbed years ago and it was very comfortable (but a lot of work when something would 'puncture a hole' in it)...

But perfectly timed.. by the time I let the dog out, shower, and dress.. it is almost exactly 6 AM every day.. works 19 out of 20 days right on the nose.

I don't know why, but it takes me until 7 to be ready.. when showering and dressing together takes me about 5 minutes... no joke
I get up to get ready at 6
Breakfast takes about... 10 minutes? I'm not sure how this all adds up :-\\

It stinks but the last 2 weeks I struggle to sleep I usually go to bet around 1:40 am-2:00am and then wake up for a couple hours and then go back back to sleep again. I get about 5-5 1/2 hours of sleep and I hate it. I usually like to get 7 and a half- 8 hours of sleep in. Iusually wake up around 10:20 and I don't likew that either. I try to go to sleep again till 11:30 am but never works.

Weekdays I try to be in bed by 10 or 10:30, occasionally on poker nights it's 11:00. I get up at 4:00am and leave the house for work at 4:30.
Weekends? hmmm.... very "sporadic" (thanks NullandVoid, I like that word for some reason) but usually in bed around 1 am and up by 5:30 or 6 am.

The other day, I had a safeway, they put LAYERS of salami on, and the chesse is so thick, and the bread was HARD.
So it was pretty hard to eat

Normally I go to bed about 2 or 3 am and then sleep till almost noon.
No insomnia - I am just a night hawk!
Trying now to go to bed earlier and get up earlier in order to change things around ;)

My sleeping patterns are well documented within the Inthe00s site, lol. In fact, today I am going to ask my manager for a shift change as I am almost 100% certain my sleeping problems are to do with working the night shift. :)

I often like to stay up late and sleep late in the morning...but on days that I have classes, I have to be up by 5 A.M., so on the preceding nights I have to get to bed by 9:30 or 10 at the absolute latest. I usually average about 7 to 8 hours of sleep a night.
