If anyone had ever pm'd my duplicate account looking for anything but some idle chat, I would've told them who I was. The whole point back in 2002 was to see just how long it took to be found out. I've always shown kindness and been here for people, no matter who I was.

You cannot  know, unless you interact with someone over a very long period of time, and even then you could be unfortunate enough to find a professional deceiver. Do not open yourselves up to people that are names on a board until you have known them long enough to feel some degree of certainty. Use your common sense: for instance if someone on the board sends you a photo of themselves it could be a fake. If they send you 100 photos over a period of a couple years including childhood pics, baby pics, pics of their family, dog etc. then they are probably real... If you want to know someone better, ask if you may phone them - you can often get a much better feel for someone after hearing their voice. But remember, you can never be certain about anyone - not on a message board, not on the phone - not even in person. That sweet guy or gal you dated last night might just be a psycho killer...

I've been on this board for over 3 years and have gotten to know a lot of people in that time, and have watched people I thought I knew turn jeckle and hyde on me. I trust exactly five persons on this board and that's as far as it goes...

Just practicing for the Ashes in 18 months time.

Well, our youngest has discovered his brothers' Leap Pads and has fallen in love with them and Toys R Us had their stuff on sale and we had an extra coupon so guess what he's getting for Christmas? :D

The last thing on my mind was trying to figure out what to do about my oldest's baseball games this weekend :-\\



hey Kim...how old is your youngest son?  I have heard that the Leap Pads are really good for kids...Vaughn is almost 3 1/2 years old...do you think he is too young yet?

He's 4 1/2 and we have both the 'My First Leap Pad' and the regular "Leap Pad".  I don't think he's too young.  Most of the things we got are 3+ years.  They used to have one called "Imagination Desk", but I guess they don't make that one anymore--they could color and stuff with it :(
