I live on the 17th floor, with no other buildings nearby, and I just saw an empty potato chip bag blow on to my balcony. How could it possibly have gotten there? Man, no matter where you go, you can't seem to avoid litter. >:(

As long as people are around litter is unavoidable.

where i live they is litter all over the place,
but i guess that all that litter Keeps
litter cleaners in a job,
