Subject: Spring Madness (band rating brackets) part one

  This is kind of like the NCAA college basketball tournament except there are bands and solo artists instead of basketball teams and the head to head matchups are decided by voting instead of throwing balls in hoops. Vote based on whichever choice you like better... it's up to you how you want to make that decision. Everyone who votes at all needs to vote on each match... if you don't know either group ask someone else their opinion or pick randomly if you have to. I''m just doing one quarter of the first round at a time so it doesn't get to be too much. Voting ends at 11 Eastern on Friday or when there are 15 votes, whichever comes first as long as there are at least seven votes. If there are an even number of voting posts, which should be in this thread, then the last one won't count. Here are the matchups - If you disagree with my rankings let me know through your votes:

  These are not the actual brackets because that would give an advantage to the middle seeds, but it would have taken too much time to fix that when there really is no need for it.
