No, I don't have an absolute favorite. They are among what I'd consider to be my top favorites though.

I went for 'no'. They have some good songs but I don't hold any emotional attachment to them as a group. IMO they just evolutionised the band formula.

I would have to say no, although one of the songs tied for my all time favorite is by the Beatles. I really like their ballads "The Long And Winding Road, Here Comes The Sun, Something, etc. The rest of their music is good, but not among my favorites.

I mostly like their "classic rock/experimental" era from 1967-70, particularly Part 1 of the White Album (heard that alot as a kid - same with Sgt. Peppers).
But I wouldn't call them an absolute favorite (to be honest, I like so many bands, I have no idea which one I'd call a favorite!).
I voted for #3 because they definitely influenced the genre of rock & roll and pop. It's hard to imagine what music in the 70's, 80's, 90's and today would've sounded like if they never came along (although, I love thinking about stuff like that, so I suppose it'd be fun to try and guess!).

I respect em, but I don't think they deserve as much as they get. A lot of respect yes, but even my own favorite band, System of a Down, I wouldn't think deserves the a**-kissing they good.
They are good though, although I've heard little of them.

Grew up on them myself. They were the best overall musical act of the 20th century, in my opinion.
