I have a stiff upper spine and taut shoulder muscles - it's no worse than other people's injuries. I know a guy at work who is currently suffering from torn muscles. It puts my physical ailments into perspective.  ;)

Huh whats that, I hear ok Paul, I've lost some hearing but I have a condition called Tinitis, its a ringing in my ears all the time and it's getting louder as the years go on, I've abused my hearing from many differant sources and now I'm paying for it.

While there are MANY things I'd like to say that I wish I had done differently, the cold, hard fact is that I love my life now.  I love my children, my husband and I love the woman I've turned out to be.  All that I have and am is a compilation of things I've had to experience.....the good, the bad and the ugly.  Having said that, if I had to do it all over again to end up where I am today, I don't think there is one tear I wish I wouldn't have cried, one lesson learned the hard way I would really not have learned that way, one wrong choice I knew better than to make......one thing at all that I could say that I'd have to do differently.

Sounds good, I might do some snopping on-line and see what I can find out, I saw an ear doctor a couple yrs ago and he pretty much said its something that people just have to live with, mine has progressed alot in the last 3 or 4 yrs so I'm up for trying any remedy :)
