Happy Saint David's Day to all the Welsh amongst us.
My husband is Welsh so we always make the day a little special if possible. My daughter went to school in her Welsh bonnet and apron today. Sadly none of our daffodils were quite out yet.

The dear ol' Taffs always get a bit of a gentle ribbing from me, but by and large they're a sweet bunch of people...a friend of mine is married to one, who I always call 'Bronwyn' - she seems to accept it...!!)
If there are any Welsh out there...have a happy day...

Happy St. David's Day to you Karen and all the Welsh folk.  Can't say I've ever really heard of it but there is Welsh blood in the family on my paternal grandparents side :)

We have a lot of Welsh in this area. There is a big todo at the Welsh Society today.
