I love avatars, because it puts a face to the posts... Catch is, once I see the actual person {On boards like "Show Us What You Look Like"} I still imagine the avatar. It's weird, like when I read a post where someone's avatar is a... musician, say, I imagine that musician talking to me, saying the post out loud. And when people change avatars, they don't change. I still envision a talking Jukebox when RockAndRollFan posts, and that cartoon face whenever LyricBoy posts. My current avatar is a bunch of puppies. How are people gonna see me if others do the same thing? Am I gonna be talking puppies? And if so, which one? Or all of them, speaking as one entity?  ;D

Does anyone else have this problem? I'd like to see if I'm alone or not.

Sometimes it is hard to seperate the person from the avatar especially when someone (like me) has used the same avatar for so long. But hey, if you think of me looking like Julie Newmarr, who am I to complain.  ;)

We had something like that at Countesthorpe but somebody managed to push it over which was very impressive, christ knows what that one is..

The whole of loughborough campus is full of meaningless bits of art.  I just decided to take some photos of it and display it here.  There are one or two pieces I like which I might take photos of in the holidays.  too many dam students here at the moment.
