Most of my friends, though not all, call me Vespere.  Some of the girls call me Vespy.  One friend started calling me that and it just caught on with the rest of the group I guess.  Vespere means "nightfall" incase you were wondering.

Hoss. My father was Hoss before Hoss Cartwright was a twinkle in Ben's eye (the grey beards here will get that one ;)) and I naturally became "Little Hoss" when I came into the world. More people (MANY more), both in my "professional" and personal lives, know me by that than know me by my "given" name (Charles).

Moses - This one actually has a story behind it, i walked past Marks & Spencers (a jewish owned store) and these guys were going on about how Israel is a terrorist state, how the Jews are hypocrits basically being V. Anti Semetic
Anyway i marched over and started yelling at them, saying that the jews are a far more honarble people than these guys, that they have no basis for these slanderous comments, and then one of them yelled back at me so i basically got really ought of my shirt and like offered him out so start fighting.

Anyway, thus came about the name Moses  :)

My given name is Jeffrey; I normally get called Jeff for short. My parents (especially my mom) have been calling me Jeffy my whole life.

Hmm. This one really does depend on who and when you ask them, as, for the five years I knew my previous girlfriend, I always assumed someone had changed my name to "You over there".

In junior high I was a basketball nut. Apparently Shaquille O'neal was one too(LOL). Pretty soon some smarty pants noticed the spelling similarities and starting calling me "The 5ft ShaQ Attack". I hated the name at first but eventually embraced. I had my Orlando Magic Jersey and My ShaQ sneakers. the name  later got shortened to ShaQ and has been with me eversince.
