Hairspray banned Andrew from the previous board, so my guess is that his registration to this board was rejected, too.

Yeah it sure is not the same.

He truly is a cool dude, but he ticked off many of the board members because he was making REPETITIVE posts about subjects, DID NOT RESPOND to people when they responded to his posts, and because he tended to FLOOD THE BOARDS with posts.  People also got ticked off when he would post new threads that really were the same old thread and just took up board space.

Who knows?  Maybe he can comeback some day if he learns not to FLOOD THE BOARDS.  :-X

Till then I guess we have to look forward to the return of him.  ;)

I thought the same thing!  If I remember correctly Master Splinter (from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles) was also a topic of Andrew's on the old board.

Whatever the case it is clear that he is not having a good day and that something is really bothering him.  My guess is that he will get banned pretty quickly from some of the posts of his I've read.

I believe an ICP address can determine if they are both being used from the same computer. If they are not from the same address, then you have our sincerest apologies. As members of an internet site, we have to believe that you are the person you are conveying to people. You don't have to put your real name in (I have used a variation incidentally) but a certain amount of trust is required.

No offence to you but this is why we are on our guard, MasterSplinter. Deceit and internet are a dangerous combination, regardless of how slight the deceit may seem.  ;)
