I think Strawberry Shortcake should be higher up the list. That awful song about optimism... and the fact that the characters are called things like "Strawberry Shortcake" and "Orange Blossom" and "Honey Pie". Even having a pony in it is pure evilness.
The voice acting is really annoying. No expression whatsoever and the accents are so cutesy and awful.
As well as that, Huckleberry is thoroughly irritating. The way he calls himself "Huck" and rides a skateboard... it's so sad that the producers probably think they're "with it" by introducing him.
And the way they say "berry" instead of "very"... AAAAAAARRGHHH!!!!!
WHAT IS THE MEANING OF ALL THIS FOOLISHNESS?!

the one cartoon i truly hated was the ghostbusters, not the real ghostbusters but the one with the ape.

Some cartoons I particularly don't like are Digimon and the batman animated series.

I agree wth tre list..... I think SpongeBob SquarePants is the worst on the list!

No Powerpuff Girls? It was so man-bashing. The premise was not so good as well. The only good thing was the intro.
Cow & Chicken was only good because of the Red Guy. Why he didn't get his own show is beyond me but at least he was the true star of both Cow & Chicken and I Am Weasel imo ( anyone agree?).

I think these were actually good:
The Littles - kinda represented early/mid 80s small town life. I love Henry's town.
Little Audrey - a female protagosnist that is the typical damsel in distress, she was getting in trouble all the time. It's kinda a clone of Little Lulu of course. ;)
Baby Huey - the first one was good, don't know the others but he's a nice character.
Captain Caveman - Farrah Fawcett and Jaclyn Smith from the Charlie's Angels as cartoons! Kate Jackson was replaced by a black character which was groundbreaking as the real show never dared hire one.

Strawberry Shortcake though is crap, I think the Japanese clone Button Nose of the Star of Dreams was mile better and the title song has such a nostalgic note. :)
Beverly Hills Teens was cheesy but it's title song totally represented the 80s, or rather 80s Californian/Miami yuppie excess. They also had some very nice songs/animated sequences in the end scenes of many episodes. They were either funny or ended on optimistic note. (I'll post later). :)

Oh and glad Hong Kong Phooey is not part of the list. It was good and Lois from Family Guy totally ripped off Mary The Telephone operator's voice:

OK, this is a remake. BTW, I saw a "Fairly Oddparents" episode with the Britney Spears cararicature and laughed my... off! Therefore It's not on the list.  :D Though it's not my cup of tea.
