I know that most of us tend to listen to more music from the past, but I gotta say that this past year provided us with quite a few little tunes. What songs would be on your top 10 or 20 lists? My top 20 would consist of:

~ Stacie Orrico - (There's Gotta Be) More To Life

~ Aaliyah - Dont Know What To Tell Ya
~ Evanescence - My Immortal
~ Christina Aguilera - Fighter
~ Dido - White Flag
~ Will Young - Leave Right Now
~ Justin Timberlake - Rock Your Body
~ Placebo - The Bitter End
~ iio - At The End
~ Avil Lavinge - I'm With You
~ Jamelia - Superstar
~ Red Hot Chili Peppers - Universally Speaking
~ Black Eyed Peas - Where Is The Love (although it's totally overplayed now)
~ Girls Aloud - Jump For My Love ( It's a fun song! Prefer it to the original :S)
...but of a mixture there, but that's what I liked this year!

Loved all of those tracks (although I prefer the majority of the tracks from "By The Way" over Universally Speaking.)

I don't mind these songs. Songs of the year goes to Darkness's 'I believe in a thing called love' and White Stripe's 'Seven Nation Army'. I'm sure there are others.

That was my favourite single from them last year, but I totally argree with you that most of the tracks of the album are better. :)
