I am thankful for everyday that I wake up to see the sun shine through the windows.
I am thankful that I have a job, pays poorly, but pays.
Thankful for my two sons and daughter.
Thankful for having the Worlds BEST Husband.
Thankful for graduating last weekend and becoming a certified Paralegal.
Thankful for living in America!!
Thankful for my family, dysfunctional as they may be.
Thankful for my good health.
Thankful for both of my Parents still being alive.
Thankful for happy hour.
But most of all, I am thankful that I live in a country that stands behind its Constitution, allows us the freedom to say what we like when we like. Meeting people from many nationalities that can be called Americans. We are truly a Melting pot of cultures and I wouldn't want it any other way.  ;D

I'm thankful for all the good in my life, and for having survived all the bad stuff that has happened to me.  What doesn't kill me makes me stronger :)

I know what you mean. Sybil was my nickname as a child need I say more.....Only focus on the good.

I have tons of things to be thankful for, but I'm worried this will sound like an Oscar acceptance speech.

I'm thankful to the people who got me where I am today. Wonderful friends, family, and... enemies. Lots of enemies. They said to me, "Hey, stop being such an idiot." Every day I still try, every day I fail. Every day I look at myself thinking, "Hmm. Did I ever get that done?"

I'm thankful for all the people I meet, all the people I know, all the people I get too close to who resist the temptation to bite my head off day after day.

I'm thankful to Coca Cola Enterprises, Uxbridge, UK, for finally realising that we NEED a daily shot of lemon flavoured coke.

I'm thankful for being here today, after everything that I went through. Also my happiness is directed and reciprocated toward those who made one confused soul into one (relatively well functioning) humang bean.

Oooh. I forgot some things. I also need to thank William Henry Smith for supplying me with lots of songwriting pencils. Though he has been dead for around a century, I'm sure he can hear me.

I'm thankful that we live in a reasonably democratic society. It's not perfect, but nothing is. I'm thankful for the help that people in bad situations can get, and I hope that they can get more. And I'm thankful for God and everything He/She/It made, ie... lots of stuff.

I am thankful for my daughter's and my good health.

I am thankful that I have a job that keeps the bills paid, food in our cupboards and a roof over our heads.  I don't have much extra, but that's ok...I have what I need which is more than alot of single moms I know.

I am thankful to live in a country where I can practice my religious beliefs and not be persecuted for it.

I am also thankful for my silly kitty who makes me laugh daily.  Like the other day when I was getting ready for work and he tried to jump onto the counter.  Well...he missed and fell in the toilet.

I'm thankful for having an awesome family....well, they're awesome when I get along with them. ;D

I'm thankful for having food and shelter and a job.

I'm thankful for living in America (and yes, that is something to be majorly thankful for).

Most of all, I'm thankful for having this crazy Asian guy hang around me all the time. What a pain in the @ss. ;D :-*

Where to begin. I guess I will begin with EVERYTHING. I do have a great life and don't have too many complaints (well, maybe one or two but they are minor.)

I have a wonderful husband who loves me and respects me and who is everything that I had been looking for all my life. He has a wonderful family who has accepted me as part of the family many years before we made it "legal". My family and my two cats.

I am not in need of anything. I have plenty to eat, a nice place that I call my home, bills are paid and some left over to "play" with and I don't HAVE to work. I am also glad that I can give back my fortunate situation. I spend much of my time trying to help others who are not in such a good situation. In fact, I spent a couple of hours yesterday (on Thanksgiving) at the local food shelf as many people delivered food that was donated. I am also in the process of created Christmas baskets to be handed out. As I tell everyone, I am not out to feed the world, just my little corner of it. It is constint reminder of how my life used to be and now that I am in a position where I can help, I do.

Its good to give back.  I help the voiceless. Animals. There are so many unwanted animals, people just discard them like their stuffed toys  >:( ! I have seven adult cats and 6 (2 week old) kittens, mom got way before her vet visit!! But I take care of all of them because it was my mistake not having her fixed in time. Does anyone want a pretty kitty  :-*. That's why they call me cat lady....haha. I fully screen everyone that wants to adopt them, that's why they are all still here. ::)

I am thankful for not living in a Third World Country with not enough to eat.
