Christina Aguilera - Dirrty.  At least she's honest.

Metallica - Sad But True.  The truth of Metallica gets sadder and sadder each day.

3 Doors Down - Loser.  Couldn't have said it better myself.

Vertical Horizon - I'm Still Here.  Unsubtle reminder?

somehow a funny story comes out of this:

of course the Beatles "let it be...naked" was recently released and I bought it.  I was arguing with one of my "Musically inept" friends about me listening to current music (he beleives that I should throw away all my morals and beleifs on what makes a good song and stop listening to Indie rock and CMJ stuff and go buy the whole Emo/G-Unit/Numetal/Imacrappybandthathasnotalent collections)..any way, he asked me to produce an album that I bought of a new band within the past year (my attempts to show him the WHite Stripes Elephant, or the Black Keys, or Ted Leo etc did not work since he has no clue whot hey are)...he asked me to produce an album by a band that is on the charts...(and not the CMJ charts)...so I told him "I have the new album from the Beatles"...to which he said "what?  the Beatles?  arent they all dead or something?...that doesnt count, the Beatles were like from the 50s".....after restraining myself from stabbing him with the album cover, I tryed to explain to him why Let it be naked is a "new" album..he didnt understand  "Whos Phil Spector?" he said "He must not be important since Ive never heard of him"...anyway, he then claimed that it doesnt matter if it is new because a Beatles ablum wont come anywhere near the charts in this age..I tryed to make him remember two years ago when Beatles one came out, but he had difficulties "Beatles One hit number one on the album charts!" I said "yeah, but that was like 30 years ago when people didnt understand music", he retorted (apparently, he cant do math either, since 30 years ago was not the 60s, or the 50s when he thinks they were around).....I told him that Ill be everythign I own that the Beatles album will go to number one on the album charts........and guess what?  look at the charts this week.......,.
and look at where the Concert for George Harrison is......

anyway, yes, this did happen.....last week

Rejoice- U2. I rejoice whenever they come on the radio, because:
They are not Busted.
They are not Britney Spears.
They are not Justin Timberlake.
They are U2.
