That whole series is great!  I have Sounds Of The Seventies and Sounds Of The Eighties.  They were rather expensive but considering how many good songs you get on them, that makes it the worth the money IMO.  :)

Really!  I only have Sounds of the Eighties: The Big 80s (I think this is the one?  It is a burnt copy and all I know is I wrote down "Sounds of the 80s" on the disc).  It's a great CD, I might have to get some of the others.  My sister has Sounds of the Seventies, Year 1979.  Did you order these off on of those infomercials from Time Life as a set?

Yes, I did order them through Time-Life.  It was a membership...they would send me one a month and if I didn't like it I was under no obligation to keep it.  Needless to say, I kept them all!  :D

P.S.  The thing I like most about these compilations is the variety you get with them.  I mean they were all popular songs but you get stuff of all genres.  :)

I don't subscribe to that membership anymore...I gave it up once I got all the CD's I wanted.  Plus, I started finding cheaper CD's at the music store I used to work at.  Nowadays I don't buy CD's very often.  I think I've sort of run out of songs that I'm looking for.  :-/
