You've ever spent?

Either a bargain, something you bought that led to something else, an item you can't do without, a holiday where you met that special someone (then sobered up and realised 20 others had met the same special someone), a small thing that's given you great pleasure?

Best money ever spent? Without a doubt the fifty pence I used to buy two 200 page notepads. Now I can write 400 new songs and nobody can stop me! Hohohohoho!

and then it stopped working, and we tried replacing the batteries but that didn't work, so we have to send it back to see what tech. peoples can do....

I think we may have gotten the wrong type of battery though :-[.

The most money I ever spent was on my car which in the 18 months I owned it broke down just about every time it was driven and cost me the same amount again in garage bills !?! What can I say? it was my first car, I knew nothing about them and the guy saw me coming as they say..........

There are a few (especially trips that had been taken) but in the last year, I would have to say when I bought my shoes. I ALWAYS wear New Balence and it was finally time to replace the old ones. I went to the store and they had ones that I didn't like-thought they were ugly, or they didn't have the ones that like in my size. I cannot see spending that amount of money for something that I don't like.  I was frustrated and thought that I was going to have to go to a different store. (I have been known to travel long distances to find New Balence). Then I saw the "bargain table" but really didn't think that I would find anything. They had one pair that I liked and to my shock, it was in my size. $25 for a pair of New Balence. Anyone will tell you that is an EXCELLENT price-concidering that they usually go for $50+. But they last forever which makes them a very good deal. And yes, I wear them everyday.  ;D

Well, a few years ago I bought "Big Dog", my O'day 25.  It is an old boad, but inpristine shape.  Great price, and a really good boat.  You should be so lucky!  ;D
