I am graduating in about three weeks and as a gift to all my friends I am making them all a CD full of Graduation/moving on themed songs. I have a pretty good list so far and I will write it here and add as I go. I just need some good ideas to make a good CD. Songs from any decade and genre are what I'm looking for. Thanks.

When I graduated from junior high, one of our songs was "We've Only Just Begun" by the Carpenters.
I think the song was originally meant for a wedding but it does work for leaving school...as there are several references to beginning a new life. Graduating (from either high shcool or college) is also about beginning an new, adult life.
