I think I am gonna just pack up my house and move into the storm shelter...
and Jonman, if you are still interested in riding out a good ol Arkie storm...this is a good weekend for it....lots of tornadoes!

Thanks Shaz, but I dont think I am gonna be so lucky. Right now there are tornadoes all over the state but I have not heard of any damage...and the county I live in is under a tornado warning now, but it is in the northern part so far. But I am looking at the storm shelter....ready to run at ANY minute!

well...looks like no end in site....there are 3 tornadoes on the ground in Little Rock right now, and major destruction in the western part of my county, one of the tornadoes is heading right toward the airport.
We are packing up now to get ready to go underground... send prayers to Arkie please...we need them badly :'( :'(

I use the metric system for measurements in scientific experiments (because using anything else is impractical) but for weights and heights of fellow humans, as well as distances between destinations, I like to use the "English" units :)

Well, I haven't gotten much rain where I am...but there is a heavy cloud cover. It's blocking the sun, and the air outside is a lot colder than it should be at this time of year.
I am actually sitting here wrapped in a blanket, and drinking hot chocolate, I am so cold. The landlord has shut the furnace down for the summer, since it's after May 15.

I survived another bad day...THANK GOD!
It got way to close to us again and did damage...but we are all ok and only one serious injury to speak of, so far. But the dealership I spoke of earlier was not as lucky..did over 15 million dollars worth of damage (this was one of the larger dealships in Arkie).
I heard they are gonna declare my county and a few more around me state diaster areas, plus the flooding we are getting right now is NOT helping. But like I said...another round survived
Oh...and I forgot to mention...it is suppose to do this all over again tomorrow :-/

I hate hail.It bothers me sometimes when you're walking home and you feel tiny pebbles hitting your head and it hurts even. :( >:( *OUCH*!
